TPM was the least over the top of the prequels and had the best soundtrack, also let's not forget the podracing sequence. Kid Anakin drags it down and it doesn't have Sheev deliciously hamming it up but I still think it's better than the other prequel movies simply because it never goes insane with the action sequences like the other two does. That's just a personal preference I guess but it felt the least video gamey out of the prequels to me.
