I may not like Star Wars that much, but even I know that feel of having the franchise you like being destroyed by people who just don't get it to appeal to people who want to be on the 'in' crowd.

The amount of times I've had to explain why the recent Star Trek movies suck probably equals to the amount of stars in the night sky.
