1. phishing is hard if you are a horny teenager with no technical knowledge of how things work.
2. hotmail can be bypassed if you use a same country vpn and log into onedrive.com or web-based skype first, instead of outlook.
3. gmail can be bypassed if you know target's recovery phone number (easy), or recovery email.
4. RATs are harder than all the above, since you need to know how to port forward, compile a payload, and make it FUD (undetectable). it costs money to buy a good RAT and a good crypter, which most of you don't have. and even if you do have the cash, you will probably pay it in an easy to trace-back method, which is a smart way to get caught.
5. you can still brute-force, just not as simple as b4.
