Couple of things I want to say.
Now that you have your first sub, you will have to look out for her. she is now Tier 1. She will not be able to resist any Kaepeia with a dick, and will flee most predator attacks. If she gets caught alone and you don't come to her help she will get stolen from you.
You can of course try to always stay by her side, but that will have other drawbacks (you guys will distract each other, will be less efficient in covering area, etc)
This problem will increase when your harem grows.
You are in a delicate position now that you are starting to build a harem, but don't have a dick yet, which would make things much easier.

Earlier OP said that apex predators like the Rah'sik we met early in the game don't come out much during the day, implying they come out at night. If something comes out there's no way we can stand against it at our level right now.
The longer we spend negotiating, the longer Me'na is spent sucking cock (probably having to make resistance rolls).
We could try to negotiate A'na's ass for Me'na's freedom, but there's no telling if she'd comply. What we could try doing is have A'na bluff being us and charge in, distracting the futa while we then get an advantegeous position on the futa.
