Hey everyone, another new fledgling author wanting to try out storytelling here.

Although this quest will probably be heavily story-focused (it'll be about character/world building as much as the smut), expect the same outcomes for defeat as you would for the other stories on the board.

To keep this post clean, here is the basic rolling system before we start:

“Thunderfall, Thunderfall,

When the waters bleed and the dead sands crawl,

The lords below shall awaken to reclaim all

Beware the ferrous storm, for the end is near when the thunder falls!”

The legend of Thunderfall. No one knows who wrote it and, until very recently, few people cared enough to find out. Carved into a stone tablet collecting dust in a museum, its ominous claims have been dismissed by scholars and mages ever since its discovery six years ago at the bottom of a lake.

That first changed several months ago, on the day of the Spring Festival celebrated by the three lawful races of the world - the humans of Sanctuary, the forest elves of Edengrove and the felines of Karathia. What was meant to be a celebration of life turned into a day of dread as the elven High Priestess wailed the legend instead of her usual prayer to Asharai - goddess of life and patron deity of the elven race. Though most people believe she had been possessed, the most unsettling reminder of that day was the High Priestess’ disappearance immediately after her speech - no one has ever seen her again since then.

Even with that in mind, the ruling council of Sanctuary had managed to cover up the incident well, telling the common folk that the priestess had merely gone insane and was being treated in the sacred temple. Over time, life gradually returned to normal and the legend began to slip into obscurity once again, but it would soon become apparent that this was not to be.

Seemingly overnight, the waters of Starsong Lake - the site where the tablet had been unearthed - had turned blood red about a week ago. Even worse, noxious vapors began to erupt from the tainted lake, causing all those in contact with the fumes to enter a primal, desperate haze of lust. With two major elven outposts in the vicinity of the lake, it took a squad of specialized mages to counter the effects of what was later discovered to be a type of unnatural, malignant fungus that had blossomed in the water.

While the chaos at the lake continued, unsettling reports began to pour in from the guards watching over the Valley of the Lost - a harsh, sandy region to the north that perptually blew with a terrible sandstorm. With increasing frequency, guards have spotted the shadows of undead lurking in the valley’s sand-swept horizon, crawling seemingly aimlessly across the dirt as they are buffeted by the winds of the ferocious sandstorm.

Worst of all are the rumors that the Orcs of the west - mortal enemies to humans, elves and the felines - are planning an invasion in light of the lawful races’ weakened manpower due to recent events. As numerous as they are perverted, the Orcs’ numbers are bloated even further with goblins, pigmen, minotaur and a countless other monstrous creatures rallied into their forces. The new Orcish outposts springing up at the edge of both human and feline territory are a cause for great concern indeed.

It is these circumstances that have brought you, a fledgling adventurer, to the great recruitment board in the city’s center. Before going any further though, you are:

Glancing over the postings on the recruitment board for the third time, you manage to narrow your choices down to the war with the Orcs and investigating the Valley of the Lost. Indeed, you had pretty much eliminated the other two options on first sight, anyway. You’ve spent your entire young life in Edenwood so far and killing a few critters around the place won’t be making a name for yourself anytime soon.

As for the situation at the lake, it had seemed promising for a few short seconds - up until you remembered the magical academy’s Special Response Division had been deployed there a week ago. Apart from Edengrove’s tax collectors, no other group was despised by the people more than those snotty, pretentious snobs - and that’s coming from an elf. Being a mage yourself, you can already envision things going down in flames if you were to spend even a short time in their condescending presence.

Now if only you could choose between the last two opti-

*Blam!*

You are rudely jolted from your musings by a staggering force to your side. A force that would have pretty much knocked down anyone from another race straight onto their ass. Thankfully, your elven reflexes saves the day (and your dignity!) once again, allowing you to spring to your feet mid-fall in a maneuver that would make any rogue proud. Turning towards the offender, you see a young, furiously-blushing elven male. Off to his side is another one - probably the friend of the first that pushed him into you.

Somewhat sheepishly, the first elf addresses you “Sorry miss, my brother’s really excited to be going to the war…it makes him an even bigger idiot than usual!”

“Yeah righ- Wow, you’re a pretty one, lady! When I return a hero, I sure know who I’ll be taking out on a date!” the second elf smirks at you, his eyes unabashedly roaming over your form.

So…this is the kind of people you’d have to deal with by choosing the war over the valley. Guess that decision wasn’t so hard after all! The unending sandstorms of the valley shouldn’t pose a problem to you with a little magic, and it does a rather good job of keeping out trash like this wooden-sword wielding ‘hero’ in front of you. That only means more treasure and fame for you of course- but you’re getting ahead of yourself once again.

You flash an icy smile towards the two boys and wish them luck in the most sardonic tone you can muster, wanting to leave the crowded square of Edengrove now that your mind is made up.

Now, the only question is, how are you going to get to the Valley?

1A) Start walking! It’s a day’s journey from the city to Starsong Village through the Edenwoods and another day to the outpost on the border of the valley (Asharai’s Vigil), but at least it’s free!

(Choosing this results in 1 - 3 forest encounters with the possibility to time-skip)

1B) Be a true mage and go to the magical academy’s Teleportation division! Though you specialize in elemental magic, you are sure you can convince some of the mages there to teleport you straight to the outpost…one way or the other.

(You have 25 gold at the moment. It’s not much, but it’s probably more than enough to pay for a simple teleportation spell.)

Reaching the gates of Edengrove without further incident, there’s one last thing you feel compelled to do before leaving on your grand adventure. Unlike any other city in the region, Edengrove is protected by three towering gates - the outermost made of marble, the second of pure silver and the innermost of dazzling white crystal. Though the city’s authorities cited they were constructed solely for ‘defensive purposes’ against a siege that has never happened, everyone knew their real intent was to simply one-up the human capital of Sanctuary instead. As an unintended consequence however, a tradition had started where people would stand in awe by the silver gate for minutes at a time, with visitors to the city stunned by its magnificence and the resident elves well, using it as a gigantic mirror to catch their own reflections.

Not being one to deny tradition, you turn towards the impossibly smooth gate and are met with your own reflection, glowing softly under the light of the morning sun. The woman that stares back at you is positively radiant, with light golden hair cascading down to her waist, vibrant green eyes, voluptuous breasts that seem to defy gravity and an hourglass figure accentuated by the green robes she’s wearing. It takes the greater part of five minutes before you are able to turn away from your spellbinding double, but as far as you’re concerned, that little diversion was completely worth it.

With a final glance back towards the city, you begin following the forest trail leading north to Starsong Village. You walk in silence for the first half hour, simply content to soak in the gentle sunlight filtering through the canopy above. Soon however, unease begins to encroach upon your peaceful thoughts as you realize that you are yet to encounter a single person on the trail other than yourself. Whilst you have never been intimidated by the forest before, the unusual silence of the trail as it leads deeper into the woods causes you to grip your staff more tightly all the same.

Several more hours into your journey, the silence is finally broken as your keen elven ears pick up an unexpected sound about fifty meters to your north. It is a throaty male’s voice, muttering to himself in a guttural language that you vaguely recognize as goblin. You slip gracefully behind a bush to the side of the trail, knowing well enough that a goblin and elf being friendly is a concept that doesn’t exist. About half a minute later, the goblin in question finally enters your line of sight, still gibbering to himself in his native tongue. Scrawny, about 4 feet tall and clad only in a dirt-stained loin-cloth and a wooden club, the creature before you is the very definition of unimpressive…if not for the organ that is peeking out the front of said loincloth. Though you can only see the dripping tip of its length, you can easily estimate that the veiny, wart-covered penis hidden behind the rags would be at least eight inches long it is full, glorious lengt- wait, why are you even thinking about it in that way?

Barely ten meters away from you now, you realize that a goblin wandering this deep inside elven territory would be a threat to everyone in the forest that would need to be dealt with. Committing yourself to fighting the creature, you:

COMBAT MECHANICS:

————————–

Standard battles occur in ‘rounds’. Each round, your party may:

Fight Recklessly, Opportunistically, Defensively or use a Custom Battle Plan.

Each plan will have their own set of rolls and the winning plan’s rolls will count towards the battle.

Custom battle plans (option 4) are suggested by anons and can be voted for just like the 3 basic plans if they make a slight amount of sense. To reward participation, the rolls for these will almost certainly be more favorable than either of the 3 options above.

e24ecb No.21242

You decide to wait until the oblivious goblin has passed your position before making your move. Crouched in the dense undergrowth, you point your staff towards its back and fire a thin, almost colorless pulse of magic that glides silently through the air towards your foe. It strikes him square on the back of his tiny skull, causing him to crumple into the dirt like a ragdoll. An underwhelming end for an underwhelming creature, you think to yourself dryly.

Satisfied with your work, you approach the fallen goblin to begin the best part of adventuring - looting treasures off your defeated foes! Granted… you’re not exactly expecting anything amazing off this particular body, but everyone has to start somewhere, right?

At first, you find nothing on the corpse apart from its malodorous loincloth and the primitive club it was carrying - both completely useless items to you. It is only whilst you are carefully kicking the body to the side of the trail (and trying your hardest to avert your gaze from its disgusting tool) does the glint of gold catch your eye. Clutched in the off-hand of the goblin is an intricate figurine of a leering, winged serpent. You pry the golden object from the goblin’s death-grip, especially happy now that you didn’t incinerate the goblin with a fireball when you had the chance.

With the body taken care of, you look towards the rapidly darkening sky, estimating that you only have about an hour of daylight left for travel. As if on cue, the trees begin to thin out, giving way to a magnificent view of the shimmering waters of Starsong lake and the village on its shores. The village itself seems to be encapsulated in a magical, translucent barrier, probably as a response to the red fungi that infested it a week ago. Too exhausted from your walk to deal with the barrier and the Special Division mages responsible for it, you decide to make your camp nearby on the outskirts of the village.

Within minutes, you manage to find a rather comfortable hollow that would serve as a perfect place to spend the night. A sudden wave of extreme tiredness washes over you just as you finish securing the area with some simple protective wards, causing you to slump upon the leafy earth as you drift into a deep sleep…

e24ecb No.21243

————————–

You awaken to the sound of crashing waves and the howling wind. Blearily opening your eyes, you find yourself upon a tiny rock, with an ocean stretching around you endlessly in every direction. Though your situation is terrifying, it is nothing compared to the sight of the gigantic winged serpent coiled around your rock… the same serpent from the figurine you looted from the goblin earlier. Deserted by your own voice, you can do nothing but whimper in fear as the…monster…eyes you hungrily, circling about your vulnerable form like a hyena stalking its prey. It opens its fanged mouth and you close your eyes in dreadful anticipation, but the bite you are expecting never comes.

Instead, the serpent begins to speak.

“At long lassssssst, a creature other than that disssgusting goblin hasss found me!”.

Finally finding your voice, you ask, “What… where am I? This has to be a dream!”

“Indeed it issss”, the serpent replies, “I am Issssharak, the dream-twister. I can be your greatest fantasssy…or your worst nightmare!”

“Well, what do you want, serpent?”

“Nothing, but…entertainment! You won’t believe how awful it wasss convincing that puny-minded goblin to come here so someone interesssting could slaughter it. The dreams I had to give it…”

“And you expect me to just believe you?”

“Oh, you don’t have to, but if you ever become curioussss, I’ll be there right there for you in your dreamssss! Hahaha…”

With a powerful beat of its wings, the serpent launches itself into the stormy sky of your dream-world. A sudden gust of wind strikes your side, sending you off the rock into the violent waters below, where everything turns black once again…

You awaken once again, this time to the gentle light of the morning sun. With the memory of your vivid dream still in your mind, you slowly get to your feet, wondering what to do next.

B) Continue along your journey.

You start off with (50/100) Favor.

It's actually Japanese. But one of my parents comes from England anyway, so I'm not completely clueless with the language.

Anyway, next update:

Travelling along the lakeside road on the second day of your journey proves to be a very different experience to the forest trail. Without any trees or bushes to block your vision, you are able to spot the wagon trundling towards you even as it is no larger than a black speck in the distance.

As you size up the approaching wagon, you start to realize that the lack of objects to hide behind may actually have been a bad thing. Less of an actual wagon and more a spiked metal cage on wheels drawn by two horses, the only thing more intimidating than the vehicle itself is the three men escorting it. The first is an old, grotesquely fat, balding human, perched atop the cage like an overstuffed owl. In his right hand is a whip, which he seems to enjoy using on the exhausted horses pulling the cage a little too much. From the look of the other two though, this man is probably the least of your worries.

The second human walks to the left of the strange procession, a tall, dark-skinned figure with rippling muscles and a cruel smile on his face. This man seems armed to the teeth, with a massive war hammer in his hands and several clubs and daggers lined along his belt. The third male is a massive, hulking feline that walks to the right of the cage. Though he seems to be unarmed, you can almost be certain that he would be the greatest threat of the three if it ever comes down to a fight.

As the cage draws even closer towards you, your eyes are drawn from its imposing escort to the occupants within - a feline male and an elven girl much like yourself, both bound, naked and huddling together in fear. You wince involuntarily at the sight, noticing the countless bloody whip marks angrily criss-crossing their bodies and the ring-gags stretching the mouths of each one wide open. Though they had been lying defeatedly against the bars before, upon the sight of you they begin to thrash desperately against their restraints, the girl with a desperate, pleading look on her face and the male with a more defiant, but still fearful one across his.

Barely a ten metres away from you now, the fat man atop the cage - probably the leader - motions the other two over to him and begins to whisper to them, all the while fixating his lecherous gaze upon you. Though your keen elven hearing picks up what they are saying with ease, it is in a language you don’t understand at all - a sign that these men may be even more dangerous than you had originally thought. Warily, you decide to hold your position at a safe distance from the cage, trying to come up with a plan to deal with the situation of potential slavers.

Five metres away, the fat man drawls at you “Out of the way, elf! These criminals need to be in Edengrove by tomorrow to get the justice they deserve. Unless you want to join them in the cage, you best be moving along now!”

What do you do?

A ) Confront them further. They haven’t explained the abuse of the prisoners in the cage yet after all.

B ) Let them pass. If they were slavers, they wouldn’t have the audacity to use the main roads, right?

C ) Keep your distance but follow them back to Edenwood. You should be able to stealthily observe what they’re really doing back there. (This will cost upwards of a day or two).

D ) Other.

e24ecb No.21407

Whatever these men claim to be, you wouldn’t be much of a heroine if you didn’t see this through to the end, would you? Though the fat bastard on the cage may have two imposing bodyguards by his side, you’ve got two big surprises of you own waiting for him: your magic, and the ability to talk down members of well, basically every other race - a skill you picked up after living amongst fellow elves your whole life.

Marching directly up towards the cage, you cut the fat human off before he even has time to vocalize his shock at your actions.

“And what makes you think this isn’t my business, human? I left Edengrove a day ago and didn’t hear anything about this! How do I know the criminals are the ones inside the cage, not the ones escorting it?”

With the human still taken aback, you press your advantage.

“I doubt it was in your orders to whip and torture those two, was it? Explain THAT to me!”

“W… W-well, who do you think you are, questioning our orders, bitch? You’ve got…you’ve got o-one last chance before you join those worthless scum in the cage!”

With the threat undermined by his shaking voice, you know you’ve got the man cornered.

“Oh, you’d regret saying that if you knew who I am. With my influence in Edengrove, I could do things to you that would make you want to lock yourself in that box, just to get away from me! Now ungag those two so I can hear what they have to say. I’ll see how much of a criminal they really are for myself!”

As you anticipated, the man is far too flustered to call you out your bluff. Of course, after this adventure, you wouldn’t have any need to play up your ‘influence’ anyway.

“Y-you, you… N-no I won,t… Oh very well. I-I’ll ungag them…” he trails on defeatedly, pushing himself clumsily off the top of the cage as he does so. You follow him to the door on the side of the cage, towering over him as menacingly as you can. He fumbles with the lock under your withering glare, dropping the key onto the trail in a fit of apparent clumsiness. At first, you inwardly congratulate yourself on how well you played the part, but as the man continues to scrabble in the dirt, you suddenly realize from his body language that he’s stalling for time! Not only that, but the dark-skinned man has escaped from your view as well. This could be bad…

Then, everything seems happens at once. A shadow falls over you from behind as you instinctively roll to the side, narrowly avoiding the dark-skinned man’s club from striking the back of your skull. By pure coincidence, this also happened to be the exact moment the fat human chose to pick himself up from the ground, causing him to recieve a face full of splinters that sends him right back down into the dirt as he takes the blow meant for you. With the dark-skinned thug still trying to process what just happened, you seize the initiative and swing your own staff in a wide horizontal arc - right into the man’s temple. He collapses face-down with a sickening crunch and lays still.

Although two of them are down, you realize the third thug is still unaccounted for. You spot him bounding towards you from the other side of the cage with frightening speed and raise your staff in anticipation, but as it turns out, you wouldn’t need to use it at all. Just as he passes in front of the cage, one of the terrified horses manages to break free from its reins, barreling straight into the thug in its haste to flee the scene. The resulting impact sends the thug’s body flying several feet through the air, straight into the waters of the lake nearby.

Not how you expected the situation to end, but now you’re pretty much alone with the cage, two prisoners that may or may not be dangerous criminals and a pretty messy scene to clean up…

What do you do now?

A ) Free/Ungag both prisoners.

B ) Free/Ungag the elven girl and question her first.

C ) Free/Ungag the feline male and question her first.

D) The prisoners can wait… you can’t pass up this opportunity to loot the scene first!

E) Other (specify)

(Your current Divine Favor is now 58/100)

Galley story should be up by tomorrow, just because its about time some actual smut happened in this thread.

dont get me wrong the divine favor idea is rally good.

For this encounter we got 8 favor adding that up makes 1 gallery every 5 encounters. If you keep on posting gallerys for free every once in a while that is fine if this is an exception the amount of gallerys is a bit low i think.

Again i might be wrong here since i dont have a good understanding of those mechnics right now but thats just my opinion right now

e24ecb No.21486

Looks like D is the winning option this round.

Can I get a luck roll for the loots you find?

Also, here is the alternate scene I promised for the slavers. It's longer than I'd thought it would be and involves non-consensual stuff, so be warned.

Actually, in theory the Favor mechanic seems good, but it practice I'm starting to think it would be annoying to keep track of. I'm thinking of just changing to a system where all a scene needs is a few votes before I write a bonus about it, since the quest should be more about the story than the mechanics anyway.

Surveying the scene, you decide that the two prisoners can wait a little longer before you deal with them. Of the two bodies not resting at the bottom of the lake, you choose to rummage through the dark-skinned thug’s pockets first. Apart from the crude weapons strapped, well… everywhere across his body, the man is carrying nothing but a few gold coins (+9 gold).

You then move on to the leader, hoping your suspicion that he should be the most wealthy of the three thugs pays off. Carefully avoiding the bloody mess was once the man’s face, you reach into his pockets and fish out two keys - one that you recognize as the key to the cage and the other that you haven’t seen before. After a minute of searching, you discover the key is for a chest stowed away at the top of the cage. Opening it, your heart leaps as the chest’s contents sparkle in the light of the afternoon sun - there must be close to a hundred coins in here (+75 gold)!

As you reach into the chest to scoop out the coins, a lonely piece of folded paper in the corner catches your eye. You pick it up and realize it is a wanted contract - with the faces of the two prisoners in the cage on it! Though the sheet does not state the nature of their crimes on it or the reward for their capture, you see the crest of House Izabel stamped elegantly in a corner - one of the richest, most influential and secretive families in Edengrove.

What do you do now? (Will be similar choices to last time).

A ) Ungag one/both prisoners to question them (specify which ones) without showing the contract.

B ) Ungag one/both prisoners to question them; showing the contract.

C ) Flee the scene as fast as you can, messing with house Izabel’s affairs can only end in trouble.

D ) Move the prisoners away from the scene, then A) or B). You don’t want to have to answer any questions if anyone else comes along the road.

E ) Other.

One of the hardest votes I've had to count so far, D/A wins.

After combing through the area one last time for treasures you may have missed, you gracefully jump off the cage to tie up the last remaining loose end of this strange encounter - the prisoners inside it. You unlock the door and swing it open, taking advantage of the ring-gags in each prisoner’s mouth to give them instructions.

“It’s okay, you two will be safe as soon as we leave this place. The slavers can’t hurt you anymore. Just follow me, and everything will be fine!”

Though they both nod in relief, neither of them move and you realize that getting up would be near impossible for them with their shackles and how exhausted they must be. You sigh and flick your staff in their general direction, creating a small gust of wind beneath them to gently lift them to their feet. Though your staff may have given it away, it’s probably best they knew you were a mage so they wouldn’t dare try anything against you. As a show of goodwill, you even decide to remove the gag from the elven girl, trying your hardest to avoid thinking about how… adorable it looks on her as you unfasten it.

“T- Thank you. You d- don’t know how many other people just ignored us b- before.” While she continues to quaver in fear, you can’t help but notice how melodious her voice is - even by elvish standards.

“No problem, but we need to get moving, I’m sure we’re all too exhausted to be answering the questions of anyone that comes along.”

You march purposefully to the side of the road, but realize that once again, neither of the them are following you. With her face almost as red as her hair, the blushing girl says “We can’t go anywhere without c- clothes, can we? When we were taken, the m- men destroyed all of ours.” After thinking for a few seconds, you suppress a laugh and reply “Well…there’s two bandits worth of clothes here. They both suffered head wounds, so I’m sure there’s not *that* much blood on them”. The mortified looks that both captives give causes the laugh you were trying so hard to stifle to escape - a laugh that dies *very* quickly as you realize that neither of them would actually be able to retrieve the clothes with their shackled hands. Looking at the flies already starting to swarm around both bodies, you sigh again… this isn’t going to be fun at all.

—– 15 Minutes Later, at the side of the road, several hundred metres away from the cage. —–

After all you’ve already done for them, you decide that it’s time for the captives to tell you their story. You look towards the shackled girl and she meets your gaze, knowing well enough what you expect of her.

“You’ve helped us a lot, t- the only way I can repay you is by telling you the truth.”

You follow her glance towards the male feline and watch as he nods tiredly towards her.

“Our captors were half-right when they told you we are wanted back in Edengrove, though we have done nothing wrong. I-I am Lady Talia Izabel, the youngest daughter of House Izabel and this is my fiancee, Jarien. Though I was already promised to another elf by my father, I could not stand the man and decided to run away instead. I’m almost certain it was my family that sent these mercenaries after me in secret, afraid that a ‘scandal’ like this could very well destroy their influence if it is ever uncovered. I-I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done, there’s no doubt my family would have locked up both Jarien and the mercenaries to stop the rumors from ever coming to light if you hadn’t intervened.”

With bitterness creeping into her voice, the girl stops speaking and looks at you expectantly.

How do you respond?

A ) Unshackle them and be on your way.

B ) Unshackle them and invite them to join your adventure. If not for his exhaustion, the man looks like a capable fighter and having the influence (and wealth) of an Izabel by your side could be a great asset indeed.

C ) Take them as captives and turn them in back at Edengrove, completely destroying all the plans I’ve made for the story in the process.

D ) Other.

———-

Since Talia’s story seems consistent with their situation and the contract you found, you decide to unshackle them with the same key that opened the metal cage’s door. You finish releasing Talia first, and when her fiancee’s turn comes he thanks you before diving into the arms of his lover in a relieved hug. You look away from the scene to give them some privacy and say:

“You two might want to get some clothes on, I think there’s about an hour of daylight left and it’ll take twice that time to reach the nearest outpost. If you want we can travel there together, at least for today.”

You hear the two converse under their breaths for a few second before Jarien replies:

“We would like that, we’re still weak enough to be easy prey for bandits. And keeping our distance from Edengrove and Talia’s family for a few months is probably not a bad idea.”

You give them several more minutes to get dressed before turning to the sight of Jarien in the fat human’s clothes and Talia in the dark-skinned human’s ones. The clothes are a terrible match for both your companions, baggy to the point it almost looks as if the sweaty fabrics are trying to drown them.

“Let’s get going then. The sooner we reach Asharai’s, the faster we can get you out of those clothes.”

———-

As it turns out, you make slower progress than expected with both Talia and Jarien fighting their clothes at every step. With the sky darkening rapidly and only three miles left until the outpost, you decide to press on, reasoning that making camp now would just be pointless. Though the roads are clear, you feel a growing sense of unease at the pit of your stomach and - from the worried look you exchange with Jarien - it seems you’re not the only one.

Before you can voice your concern, a dense turquoise mist seems to roll in from the inland side of the road, settling over your party and bathing the area in a ghostly glow. Colder than the night breeze, you feel your nipples stiffen under your robes as the mist swirls around your party, almost as if it is trying to peel your clothes away from you. To your side, you are somewhat surprised to see Jarien begin stripping down to his underwear, until he growls “If this is what I think it is, we’re in for a fight. And I won’t be able to do that with those horrible clothes tripping me up!”

“And what do you think we’re up against?”

“Mistwolves. Imagine a wolf, but as fast as the wind and as cold as ice. They hunt in the dark, shaping the cold air of the night into a mist that weakens and disorients their prey. The-”

As if on cue, several howls begin to echo some thirty metres off the side of the road, confirming Jarien’s suspicions on your unseen assailants. Almost as if they are being formed out the mist itself, your keen eyes manage to locate the positions of two.. no three wolves - as they stalk towards you, tendrils of mist of curling away from their bodies and spiralling through the air towards you! In the few seconds before you clash, you notice that one of the wolves is larger than the others - probably the alpha of their pack. If you can defeat it, the other two shouldn’t be too hard to drive away.

Roll results:

A = 98 + 6 - 15 = 87 (epic win!)

C = 11 + 10 - 15 = 6 (fail)

D = 21 + 6 - 15 = 12 (fail)

———————-

Having no experience fighting Mistwolves before, you decide to hold back and observe while Jarien engages them at the front. Although your companion proves to be a formidable fighter, the three Mistwolves circling him give him little opportunity to attack as they send tendril after tendril of the strange icy mist in his direction. Seeming to realize this himself, you watch as Jarien crouches for a split second before pouncing on one of the smaller wolves, his sharpened claws slicing through every last misty tendril in the way. Though the blow strikes true, the injured wolf recovers all too quickly and retaliates with another stream of mist that curls its way under Jarien’s undergarments, causing him to shudder. Deciding that you’ve seen enough, you move to act before things turn bad!

With the creature proving to be every bit as agile as Jarien described, wind magic seems like the natural choice to counter their annoying mist attacks. You point your staff towards the Alpha wolf, sending a powerful gust of wind towards it that sends it flying backwards several feet and dispersing the mist in a small area around it. Enraged, the Alpha picks itself of the ground and directs its attention to you, unleashing a fist-thick bluish-white tentacle of mist that is aimed straight for your eyes.

Travelling far too quickly to counter with a wind spell, the tendril changes direction a split second before it reaches your face, diving itself forcefully down your throat instead! Cold, slimy and far too solid to be natural, you choke on the sudden intrusion and reflexively bring your free hand to pull it away from your face, but to no avail. Wherever you try to grip it with your hand, the tendril becomes as thin as air, but the part of the tendril beginning to thrust and jerk in your mouth feels as solid as rubber. Your eyes begin to water as a blush creeps over your face, fully aware that Talia is watching your assault nearby in horrified fascination. You need to break free!

Even as the wolf’s misty appendage continues to piston between your lips, a surge of indignation begins to rise up within you. You did not come this far along your journey to allow these wolves to drag you back to their lair as their plaything! Redoubling your efforts into another spell, you unleash a blast of air so powerful it cuts right through the alpha wolf and goes on to knock down one of the smaller ones in the process. Moving to help Jarien, you see him kneeling over the mangled corpse of the third wolf, apparently having dealt with it while you were facing down the alpha.

With two beasts down and the last one gravely injured, you watch in satisfaction as Jarien growls menacingly at the last one, causing it to yip in fear and slink into the night with its tail between its legs. Almost as quickly as it had arrived, the strange turquoise mist recedes from the area, leaving your party exhausted and shivering in your damp clothes, but very much safe.

You finish the rest of your journey to Asharai’s Vigil in companionable silence, the wooden palisades and twinkling lights of the outpost’s buildings a welcome sight for sore eyes, Named after the gigantic, thirty-metre tall tree at the town’s center, Asharai’s Vigil forms the frontier between the Valley of the Lost and elven-controlled territory to the south. Surprisingly enough, your party manages to get into the outpost without a single question from the guards atop its walls - they must evidently be used to adventurers arriving in the night.

Much to Talia and Jarien’s dismay, it becomes readily apparent that all the shops in the outpost are closed at this late hour as your party wanders along the main street. With little choice in the matter, you head straight for the outpost’s inn - a large and colorful building that seems partly carved into the side of the gigantic tree itself.

You enter the comforting warmth of the bustling inn, trying your best to cover yourself up with your arms as the patrons drink in the sight of two beautiful women whose mist-soaked clothes look almost as thin and as transparent as gossamer. Making your way towards the tavern’s bar, you can’t help but liken this place to a magnet for all sorts of interesting figures as your eyes scan across the tables of the room. Seated alone in one corner is a grizzled male orc with a massive greatsword slung across his back, a surprising sight given that the Orcs are the mortal enemies of both Humans and Elves after all. At another table you see a young human girl that looks barely older than fourteen, with a pile of discarded tankards to her right and a crowd of cheering men to her left. As you continue watching, one of the men takes a seat opposite her and tosses a coin onto the table which she quickly snatches up. Another tankard of ale is passed to both the girl and the man, but before you can see what happens next, you feel the gentle nudge of Talia’s fingers on your robes as she pulls you away from the sight.

Having reached the bar, what do you do now?

A ) Just pay for a room and go to bed, you’ll need all the rest you can get for your trip to the Valley of the Lost tomorrow. (-15 gold)

B ) Talk to the bartender after settling your room, see if you can get anything interesting about the area and the other patrons out of him. (-15 gold)

C ) Same as B) but buy a drink from him as well, it might make him open up to you more. (-6 gold in addition to B’s 15)

D ) Approach the male Orc in the corner.

E ) Approach the Human girl surrounded by men.

F ) Other.

Hey OP could you post the gallery story of the mistwolves for us? Pleaseee?? We were kinda close the losing, right??? Finals is making me so horny rn

Actually, numbers wise you were doing fine. I would normally only write up alternate ends after a loss, but I can do that for the wolves if you want. It'll probably take a day or two since I've got my own finals to worry about though.

And yeah, I've basically scrapped the Divine Favor mechanic, from now on I'll do gallery stories on request as well, and the only thing it'll affect is the main story's progress.

Here's the gallery for the Mistwolves as promised.

—————

With the creatures proving to be every bit as agile as Jarien described, wind magic seems like the natural choice to counter their annoying mist attacks. You point your staff towards the Alpha wolf, unleashing a powerful gust of wind towards it that sends it flying backwards several feet and disperses the mist in a small area around it. Enraged, the Alpha picks itself of the ground and directs its attention to you, unleashing a fist-thick bluish-white tentacle of mist that is aimed straight for your eyes.

Travelling far too quickly to counter with a wind spell, the tendril changes direction a split second before it reaches your face, driving itself forcefully down your throat instead!

The next few seconds pass by in a blur as you desperately thrash against the tentacle fucking your throat, involuntarily swallowing more and more of the icy mist as it violently takes your mouth. Growing weaker and more light-headed with each passing second, you dimly realize that the strange, tasteless substance being forced down your throat is even more dangerous than it originally seemed. You gasp in desire as an unnatural warmth begins to spread across your body, concentrated most strongly between your quivering thighs and upon your rock-hard nipples. The sensations soon become overwhelming as the heat coursing through your body continues to fight the icy chill of the night air for your attention. As if your situation isn’t bad enough, you can do nothing but watch helplessly as the alpha wolf approaches you, several smaller tendrils of mist streaming off its back in your direction as it prepares to breed its helpless prey.

e24ecb No.21835

'Where the fuck is Jarien?!’ You think to yourself desperately as the tendrils of mist descend upon you like a swarm of ravenous serpents. A quick glance beyond the Alpha answers your question as you see the feline still battling with one of the smaller wolves, slowly but surely being driven away from helping you and…oh god…Talia! Without either you or Jarien around to help her, the third wolf had pounced on the petite elf and is now in the process of tearing the clothes away from her body, even as she feebly tries to crawl away from her attacker on all fours. Though every fiber in your body screams at you to help her, you know that you are in no better a position as the Alpha’s smaller tendrils begins to caress your body, flicking across your labia, clit, nipples and ears like a dozen cold, wet tongues. Bucking and writhing, a particularly thick tendril that worms its slimy way into your puckered anus proves to be the final straw as you collapse to the ground on all fours, squirting your feminine juices all over your panties as you climax hard. Your staff falls from your hand and clatters harmlessly away into the waters of the nearby lake - there’s no escaping your fate now.

Still shaking from the afterglow of your first climax, you barely manage to crawl two steps away from the Alpha before it is upon you, dropping its two muscular forelegs on either side of your shoulders as it prepares to mount you from behind. You feel its icy breath against the back of your neck as it grinds its body against yours, attempting to line its ten-inch erection up with your tender folds. From its animalistic growls, you can tell that the wolf is not teasing you, but trying its hardest to align its cock to your entrance just so it can breed and impregnate you with its seed. Its first thrust misses your hole completely, slipping along your crack and nearly penetrating your ass in a heart-stopping moment of terror. Pulling back, its second thrust finds its mark, causing you to scream into the tendril still fucking your face as wolf pistons the entire length of its cock past your panties and into your depths in a single, powerful motion.

The beast is unrelenting as it mates with you, driving its massive cock violently into your pussy as the smaller tendrils of mist streaming from its back continue to curl around your breasts, suck at your nipples and probe your twitching ass. It clamps its jaws around your neck in such a way that you feel its fangs barely graze your tender skin, a constant reminder of its absolute dominance over you. You feel it tense up moments later and are helpless to prevent the flood of cum that erupts from it’s cock that surges straight into your fertile womb. Not long after, the Alpha’s knot begins to swell in your pussy as you try crawling forwards in one last futile bid to escape.

Trapped in place by the bulging knot of the Alpha, you glance over at Talia through teary eyes and see that she too had been mounted by one of the other wolves in a similar fashion to you. For a second, your eyes meet, but she is quick to turn away in embarrassment at the ordeal you two are sharing. You spend the next hour trapped under the weight of your bestial rapist, helpless to do anything but receive more of its cum as it stops and starts thrusting into you every few minutes, never leaving your pussy with its cock.

Completely exhausted, the last thing you feel before you black out is an incredible orgasm as the beast violently twists away from you, pulling its turgid knot out of you depths in a single motion that sends you hurtling over the edge.

As far as the actual story goes, C then D seems like the winning options.

I'll need a social roll to see the quality of information you get from the inn's bartender, but seeing as you're paying extra gold for the drink you'll probably get some useful information regardless.

I absolutely LOVE that you've started a legitimately interesting story with a sound and balanced combat mechanic. So often, authors abandon the exposition and game development in favor of writing the smut that we all want to read, and while they gets the job done, they can't compare to the feeling of investment and immersion that authors like you provide. Sure it delays gratification, but it retains its anchor in reality, and THAT makes the sexy stuff inexplicably more satisfying. (Plus, the quality galleries hook the readers into sticking around for when the scene happens "for real", because - for some reason - knowing that a sex scene is cannon makes it about 100x hotter)

I've still got one obnoxious final to go, but after that I should be free to continue the story.

As for the combat system, I've got an idea to refine it into a single roll on the next fight event that happens, but until then, it'll remain a surprise!

Despite the uncomfortable sensation of having half the tavern’s eyes fixated on your back, your party manages to reach the bar and the burly, ruggedly-handsome human tending to it without incident. Glancing up from the mug he is wiping clean, the bartender flashes a sincere smile in your direction and warmly calls out a greeting as your party approaches: “Hail, adventurers! You three sure look like you could use a warm bed and a hot meal right about now!”

As you begin to answer, Talia nudges you lightly with the hand she used to pull you towards the bar, causing you to look toward her as she mouthes ‘I’ve got this.’. Now clearly in her element, the elven noblewoman speaks up “How much for your largest and most comfortable room, sir?”

The bartender is quick to reply “That’ll usually be 120 gold for the night, but for a charming young lady such as yourself, I’ll happily cut that price in half!” What follows next is some of the most ruthless and cutthroat haggling you have ever witnessed, and before you know it, you find yourself handing over 15 gold to the hapless bartender as Talia pockets the key that he passes her. With an adorable smirk on her face, Talia turns to you and says “Well today’s certainly been exciting! Jarien and I are both exhausted so we’ll probably head to bed first, but don’t let that keep you from looking around. And thanks again for everything…” She falters, realizing you haven’t told them your name.

“Elyssa”

“Thanks again, Elyssa! If not for you, the two of us would be sleeping in a cold metal cage instead of the nice warm bed that is waiting for us upstairs.” She turns and heads up the stairs to the rooms with Jarien in tow, leaving you to fend for yourself at the counter with the bartender still looking expectantly towards you. You can’t help but feel sorry for the man after watching Talia’s tirade over the room and buying a drink is the least you can do, so you slide 6 gold coins across the counter towards him.

The man spends several seconds mixing ingredients in the mug he just cleaned before handing the bubbling, pale blue mixture to you “This here is Asharai’s Moonshine, you won’t find it anywhere else but here. It’s got the freshest dew from the great tree of this outpost as a special ingredient that makes it one of a kind!”

You graciously accept the mug and decide to ask a few questions of your own: “So, you seem to attract quite an interesting crowd around here. What’s the story with the Orc at the back?”

“Ah, if only I had a copper for each time I get asked that. That’s Markath, and believe it or not, he’s somewhat of a local hero around here. He used to be a commander for the Thundrath Orcs, but *something* caused him to have a change of heart - a secret no one has ever figured out. On the day the Orcs were about to breach the walls of this place, he single-handedly burned down their tents and food supplies and freed the slaves they had captured. No one knows why, but nowadays, he keeps the town and its people safe by clearing out the many monsters that lurk just outside the walls. Of course, if anyone stands a chance of finding out his secret, I’m sure it is a pretty Elven maiden like yourself.”

e24ecb No.21928

Nodding your thanks to the bartender, you rise from the bar and decide to approach the Orc’s table. An expression like he’d just seen a ghost crosses the Orc’s face as he watches you coming, but he quickly regains his composure and merely acknowledges you with a low grunt as you speak “You must be Markarth. The bartender told me you’ve been here a while and I could really use your… knowledge on the Valley of the Lost.”

The same ashen expression darkens his face for a split-second before Markarth replies “Hmmph. My usual advice would be…don’t go there. But I’ve had experience with both Elves and mages before, so I know that you’ll be headed to the Valley regardless of what I say. Rumors say that somewhere in the Valley is a great secret, the entrance to a vault that’s said to contain anything between a great treasure, a lost subterranean city or something far more sinister, depending on who you ask.”

“And what do you think?”

“There are too many stories about the place for there not to be some truth rooted in them. And the undead wandering around the desert had to come from somewhere. If you are truly insistent on exploring the valley, I’d suggest that you start by trying to find out where they are coming from.” Markarth falls silent as he says this, still looking at you with a conflicted expression on his face.

“Thanks Markarth, th-”

The Orc cuts you off as you speak and says “I’d like to come with you to the Valley. I’ve made an oath to protect the people of this place and there are…things in there that are better off dead before they become a real threat.”

What do you do?

A ) Accept Markarth into your party (Fills the 4th and final spot).

B ) Decline Markarth’s request.

C ) As Markarth another question (Specify what).

D ) Other (Specify).

You look into Markath’s eyes for signs of any ulterior motive but find none - the grizzled Orc seems sincere despite his awkward demeanor towards you. “You know more about the Valley than my entire party combined, it would be an honour for you to join us, Markarth. We’ll meet here five hours after sunrise tomorrow.”

With nothing left to be said, you down the last few drops of Moonshine and move towards the stairs to your room, the rigors of the day beginning to creep up on you as well. Barely aware of Talia and Jarien’s sleeping forms on their bed at the far end of the room, you sink under the covers of your own bed, falling into a deep sleep within a matter of seconds.

(Your entire party’s Physical and Mental stats have been restored to their maximum.)

———–

You awaken the next morning to find yourself alone in the…rather lavish room, a simple note left on your bedside table the only evidence that Jarien and Talia were ever there. ‘Ely, you looked so adorable sleeping that Jarien and I didn’t have the heart to wake you up. If we’re not back by the time you read this, we went shopping for clothes on the street just outside the tavern, so don’t worry about us! And in case you were wondering, we’re stopping by the bank as well, so we’ve got our own gold now too!’

Glancing at the sun through the window, you estimate that you have about an hour and a half before the time you arranged to meet with Markarth. You give yourself the extra half hour to clean yourself up from the day before, leaving you with an hour of free time.

What do you do?

A ) Do a bit of shopping yourself. The shops you recall seeing as you entered the town last night are:

- A Clothing Store (Probably where Talia and Jarien are).

- An Apothecary

- An Weapon/Armor Shop

- A General Supplies Store.

- A rather shady looking Store marked with a sign reading ‘exotic goods’.

B ) Go down to the bar and wait the hour out (Timeskip to departure).

C ) Half an hour cleaning yourself up won’t be enough. You’re going all out and spending the full hour and a half doing that.

The vote to visit the exotic goods store wins!

—–

Out of all the stores that line the main street of the outpost, it is the shady one closest to the gate marked with an ‘exotic goods’ sign that interests you the most. Overshadowed by the walls of the outpost, the store is a foreboding sight even by day, with heavy black curtains draped over its windows and metal bars crossing its door almost as if it is a jail cell.

Somewhat apprehensively, you push past the intimidating door to find yourself in a room that is unlike anything you have ever seen before. The walls and shelves of the place seem to be overflowing with strange objects and devices that you could never hope to fathom the purposes of. To your left is an array of glass enclosures filled with all sorts of creatures - fat, oozing worms about as thick as your fist, a plant with bulbous tentacles and flowers resemble human lips and most frighteningly, a gigantic, purple, human-sized spider that hangs lazily from its web at the roof of its cage. To your right, you see a number of devices that range from what looks like magical-powered weaponry, to strange chairs and tables with straps to restrain a person on them, to a distiller that seems to be spraying some sort of sweet, purple vapor into the room.

The store’s counter lies at the far end of the room ahead of you, seemingly left unattended by its owner at the moment. Beyond the counter, you see sign marked ‘employees only’ hanging over a red curtain, probably covering a doorway that leads into another room. Any further observations you make are interrupted as a squeaky voice calls to you “Welcome to Merinn’s Exotic Goods Emporium! Whoever you are, whatever your needs, we gurantee to have something for everyone to use!”

An extremely short human man skitters out from behind the counter towards you, holding a half-full glass of what looks like milk in his hands. Barely three feet tall, it is no surprise that you were unable to see the dwarf-like man while he was standing behind the counter.

You look down at Merinn and begin to speak “I’m heading out to explore the Valley of the Lost, do you have anything that could help me with that?”

“Of course, my dear, of course!” He beams up at you, dragging a strange device from a corner at the right towards you as he continues “I hear the Valley’s been overrun with all sorts of nasty undead critters as of late, and this Ectoplasmic Condenser should be a great help to you! It scans the area for undead and will not only warn you about where they are, but should also lead you right to the place they are coming from!”

A device like that could easily save you hours of wandering pointlessly through the blinding sandstorms of the Valley, but of course, an important question still remains about the rather expensive-looking object “So, how much gold do you want for that thing?”

“How does 1200 sound? You do not know how *difficult* it was to get my hands on one of these things!”

And there’s the catch. With less than a hundred coins on your person, you have nowhere near enough gold to afford the device. “Hmm, I don’t have anywhere near that amount but…”. Unable to think of any alternatives, you trail off into silence.

“Well, there is one *other* arrangement we could make.” Merinn pipes up, a trace of excitement creeping into his voice. “I am not only a shopkeeper, but an inventor as well, and I am in dire need of a person that is willing to test some of my newest…products. If you help me…experiment with a few them, I’ll happily give you the device for free!”

How do you reply?

1A ) Ask about the experiments before you decide.

1B ) Just go ahead with the experiments, you *really* could use the Ectoplasmic Condenser! (50+ Mental Roll)

1C ) Jarien and Talia should be swimming in gold now that they’ve visited the bank. Try finding them and convincing them to buy the Condenser with the Izabel family’s gold.

1D) Other (Specify)

Also, is there anything else you’d like to ask Merinn? (Pick as many as you want, anything with a single vote or more will be asked)

2A) Ask about the strange creatures in the enclosures.

2B) Ask about the magical weaponry.

2C) Ask about the table and chairs with restraints on them.

The idea of letting someone experiment on you without knowing what to expect is one that makes you uncomfortable. Seeing as that person happens to be an overeager, slightly insane looking gnome running a shady shop at the end of the street, you’re not going to take any chances without asking a few more questions.

“So, what kind of experiments would warrant a 1200 gold discount on the Condenser? I’ve got an hour before I leave for the Valley so I don’t have time for anything that’ll be too dangerous…”

“Well that throws half our options out the window, but I’ve still got three that you can choose from! Your first choice is to help me with harvesting some of the eggs from Mr Nibbles over there.”

He points towards the gigantic purple spider in the enclosure as you look on in disbelief. If that kind of task is one he doesn’t consider dangerous, you’d hate to think what he originally had mind for you.

Not seeming to notice, Merinn continues “Normally, Mana Spiders like Mr Nibbles are extremely dangerous to approach, but that’s where the worms in the enclosure beside it come into play. They secrete a fluid that makes predators drowsy for a short time, so all you have to do is keep feeding Mr Nibbles while I do the hard work extracting the eggs. I’d normally do it all by myself, but having a second person do the feeding makes it *much* more productive! And before you ask, Mana Spider eggs are incredibly sought after for their magical properties, which is the only reason why I got Mr Nibbles in the first place!”

“You said I had three options, what are the other two?”

“Well, I could use some help with testing out some of my most recent inventions.” Merinn replies as he heads to the table of what looks like magical weapons, picking up a metallic looking rod and turning a dial on its side. The end of the rod glows purple for a brief second before branching off into a three shimmering tendrils, each about a metre long as they wave lazily in the air.

“This is my latest, a mana-powered whip. On its highest-powered setting, it’ll slice through steel like a hot knife through butter but on it’s lowest setting…well…let’s just say it becomes a fun little toy to play with. If you want to help me test this thing out, I’ll let you into the enclosure with that plant over there and watch you swing it around for a minute or two. And before you worry too much, I’ve calculated the odds of it exploding on use is well under one percent, so you should be quite safe there!”

Deactivating the whip so he can lean closer to you, the gnome describes the third task he had in mind “Well, my last option for you would be kind of an odd request…but I assure you it is entirely in the names of science…and profit. If you didn’t know already, one of the most potent and hard-to-get reagents I can use is, well…Elven breast milk.”

“…”

“No, wait…hear me out! If you let me, I’ve even got a machine like one of those chairs you see over there to extract it from you, so I won’t even need to lay a hand on you at all! Like I said, it will be purely a scientific process and I’ll even throw in something extra if you choose to this!”

How do you respond?

A ) Agree to help with the Spider.

B ) Agree to test the mana-powered whip.

C ) Reluctantly agree to let Merinn milk you.

——–

With Merinn himself saying that he can harvest Mr Nibble’s eggs on his own, you’re quite sure he would have a far easier time finding someone to test his inventions than another Elf willing to give up her milk to him. Convincing yourself that what you’re about to do is purely for his sake, you answer: ”Fine, you have half an hour to do what you need to and after that I get the Ectoplasmic Condenser for free.”

“It’s a deal! Like I said, I’ll throw in an extra surprise as well, but you’ll have to wait to find out what that is. Now please, follow me into the back room so we can get started!” Leading you over to the counter, he pulls back the red curtain behind it to reveal a flight of stairs leading down into another room, probably a basement of some kind.

The back room proves to be even more cluttered than the rest of the store, with small mountains of scrap, wires running across the floor and other debris all trying to trip you up at every step. Navigating past the gigantic skeleton of some sort of raptor and a metal battle-suit with a harpoon replacing its left arm, Merinn finally stops you by an unremarkable contraption in the back corner of the room.

Looking it over, you see that the device is made up of two vertical metal bars about a metre apart connected together by two horizontal bars - one at waist height and another that is slightly above that. The underside of the top horizontal bar has a pair of leather cuffs attached to it to restrain a person’s wrists and you also see cuffs on the outer sides of each vertical bar for a person’s ankles. Now slightly wary, you ask: “I’m already letting you milk me willingly, are those restraints really going to be necessary?”

“Actually, no, they’re not! But really, the cuffs are there to support your body in place while the machine works on you. It can be quite an intense experience, especially if it’s your first time! Now please, stick your head through the two horizontal bars, lean forwards and fold your hands behind your back.”

You strip out of your clothes and follow his instructions, leaning forwards through the gap between the bars so that your jiggling udders dangle proudly on the other side. Binding your wrists and ankles to their respective cuffs, Merinn then feeds you a small white pill as he says:“That’ll help get the milk flowing! Now just give me a minute and I’ll be back with the pumps!”

Having no choice, you swallow the pill as the overexcited gnome disappears from sight once again, feeling the effects of the pill instantly as your breasts grow heavy with milk. Within seconds, you feel a powerful itch building up behind your nipples as your creamy milk strains to burst out - the sensation not unlike a mosquito bite but far more pleasurable. A soft moan escapes your lips as each slight movement you make sends waves of pleasure radiating outwards from your swollen breasts, down your spine and straight to your moistening pussy.

When Merinn returns, he is dragging a cylindrical tank with him that stands almost as tall as he is, with two test-tube-like suction cups extending away from its lid. Reaching over his head, he places the open end of a cup over each of your throbbing nipples and flicks a switch on the tank with his left foot.

e24ecb No.22603

“Mmmm…this is, oh, this feels…this actually feels really g-good!” Although the suction starts off weak - much like two slimy, wet mouths sucking on your nipples - you already feel your Elven composure slipping away and even speaking coherently is becoming harder by the second. “I c-could get used to this…”

You close your eyes and sigh contentedly; your breasts were always exceptionally sensitive and the pill you swallowed has left them inflamed and throbbing with pleasure. Then, the machine actually starts to pump, and you nearly lose yourself to a powerful orgasm right then and there.

The first burst of suction draws a powerful stream of milk from your breasts, sending shockwaves of toe-curling pleasure shuddering through your body that causes your eyes to roll to the back of your head. Bucking and writhing in your restraints, you are helpless to resist the machine as it continues to rhythmically pump the milk out of your tits, forcefully draining the sweet white liquid from you in steady but powerful spurts.

“Ohhh…by A-Asharai…Nnnn…Ahhhh…how can s-something like t-this be s-so enjoyable!? Mmmmmhh…”

Unable to contain his excitement any further, Merinn pipes up “Yes! That’s perfect! The more aroused you are, the better the quality of the milk! Now just let me adjust the machine a bit more and we’ll have you spraying liquid gold from your tits in no time!”

“F-fuck! I…oh…I’m cummmminggggg! OHHHHHH!! HERE IT COMESSSSS!!”

Fetching a bucket from a nearby scrap pile, Merinn pulls the suction cup off your left tit and positions the bucket on the floor to catch the stream of milk still dribbling down from your tender nipple. He crawls beneath your heaving body and you don’t even notice as he positions the cup over your vulva until you feel the bite of its suction on your pussy lips as they are greedily swallowed up by the narrow tube.

For the next few minutes you lose yourself in a haze of orgasmic pleasure, squirting milk from your breasts like a mindless cow while something more indecent trickles out of your vagina into the other cup. Time seems to slow down to a crawl as you reach a climax over and over again, quickly losing count of the number of orgasms you have at the hands of the unrelenting machine.

—-

When Merinn finally releases you from the machine, you can barely stand and can only accept the towel he hands you in silence, your mouth still struggling to form coherent sentences in the aftermath of the mind-numbing pleasure caused by your milking.

“I’ll give you some privacy now to clean up and get dressed. When you’re ready for your payment, meet me at the front of the store!”

You emerge from the back room on wobbly legs ten minutes later, walking to the counter where you see Merinn has laid several objects out. Describing each in turn, he says “Well, I’ll let you choose from three items. Here’s the mana-whip I showed you before. Though I said it was still in its experimental stages, it is still an effective weapon against the undead in Valley. Your second choice is a potion made from Mr Nibble’s eggs that should greatly enhance your mental power. I’ve tested it on myself many times and am yet to see any unpleasant side effects. And finally, your third choice is a really special item with a rather boring name - a ‘Tent In a Box’. It’ll let you set up a tent magically filled with useful supplies pretty much anywhere, so it’ll be perfect for longer adventures and exploring dungeons!”

Which item do you pick?

A ) The Mana Whip (May add a powerful extra attack to your combat turns. Has a 1% chance of exploding on use, destroying the item and damaging you instead.)

B ) The Mental Elixir (+4 to max mental for you permanently).

C ) The Text In a Box (If you or a party member falls below half of their max Physical outside battle, automatically restores Physical to full. Contains enough power to be used 6 times.)

Sure, I'll let you ask Merinn formally on my next post and it'll be up for a side vote as the main story continues.

I'm thinking each item will be set at 60 gold, so it'll take a pretty big chunk out of the 88 you have. But then again, by the time you make it out of the Valley, you'll be a pretty rich Elf anyway!

Finally recovering enough of your wits to speak, you reply to Merinn: “As a mage, I can hardly turn down the potion. But…just out of curiosity, if you were to sell the other two items, how much would they be worth?”

“Well, I think the real question here is, how much do you have?”

“88 coins. At least until I return from the Valley loaded with all kinds of wonderful treasures, that is!”

“Heh, they’re normally worth a bit more than that, but you really helped me out today so how does 60 gold for a second item sound? Here, let me get you the Ectoplasmic Condenser while you think about it.”

You finish up your business with Merinn over the next few minutes, drinking the potion - which tastes pleasantly like grape - as he shows you the basics on how to operate the Condenser. Finally, after taking one last look over the strange store and its equally eccentric owner, you turn to leave.

“It was a pleasure doing business with you, Elf! Just be sure to remember this honest old merchant when you’re done making a name for yourself in the world!”

—–

By the time you return to the tavern, you see Jarien and Talia waiting for you at a table and Markarth hunched over at his usual spot in the corner, as grim-faced as you have ever seen him. Waving them over, you look at the results of your companions’ shopping trip and are…actually pleasantly surprised by what they bought. You had expected the two nobles to be wearing expensive and fragile clothes that would be completely unfit for adventuring, but their choices are sensible and also happens to make them look good in the process. Jarien is clad in a set of tight-fitting, black leather armor, allowing him great mobility and flexibility while showing off his rippling muscles in all their glory. Talia’s new robes are simpler than yours, but also lighter and far more revealing of her slender legs - a design that would help with walking through the sandy dunes of the Valley.

“Liking what you see, Ely?” Talia winks at you, causing you to blush with the realization that you had been unabashedly staring the two of them down.

“It’s definitely an improvement over the clothes you two were wearing last night. Anyway, we have a few things to talk about before we head out on our glorious adventure, so let’s get started!”

You introduce Jarien and Talia to Markarth, letting them talk for a minute before you show them the Ectoplasmic Condenser that you had ‘bought for 1200 gold’. Once everything is sorted out, the four of you rise from the table and leave the Tavern, feeling the eyes of the patrons following your unusual party all the way out.

—–

Leaving Asharai’s Vigil by the outpost’s northern gate, your party is immediately confronted by the sweeping sand dunes of the Valley of the Lost. Though the Valley’s infamous sandstorms aren’t too severe from where your party is standing, you can barely see fifty or so metres forwards with the amount of sand blowing through the air. Far off in the distance, your keen Elven eyes make out the indistinct silhouettes of several shambling creatures, but apart from that, it seems like there is nothing else in this desolate landscape apart from rocks and flying sand.

“It’s time to work your magic, Elyssa!” Jarien addresses you as he takes the Condenser out of your hands. ”Here, let me handle the Ectoplasmic Condenser so you can focus on clearing away the storm.”

e24ecb No.22676

Which spell do use cast to deflect the flying sands?

A ) A major wind spell that grants a large radius of visibility.

(-4 Mental to you. One 40+ luck roll to see if your party encounters anything.)

B ) A standard wind spell that grants a medium radius of visibility.

(-2 Mental to you. One 40+ and one 35+ luck roll to see if your party encounters anything.)

C ) A minor wind spell that grants a small radius of visibility.

(-1 Mental to you. One 50+ and one 65+ luck roll to see if your party encounters anything.)

Also, did you buy a second item from Merinn for 60 gold?

A ) You bought the mana-whip.

B ) You bought the Tent-in-a-Box.

C ) Nope, you saved up all your gold.

Since both encounter rolls passed, it's straight to dungeon crawling!

———-

You finally decide on casting a moderately powerful spell to shield your party from the sandstorm - one that is strong enough to grant visibility of potential threats up to 20 metres away, but also efficient enough so that you won’t collapse from exhaustion while trying to maintain it. Pointing your staff towards the turbulent sky, you channel your emotions through it and watch in satisfaction as the black clouds of sand all around you begin to disperse, deflected by an unseen wind that is now swirling around your party. It is as if your party is travelling in the eye of a tornado and, looking over the faces of your party members, you can tell that they are all visibly impressed.

“I’m getting a steady reading from the northwest!” Jarien announces as he holds up the compass-like Ectoplasmic Condenser. “I *am” using this thing correctly, right?”

“We’ve got undead swarming all over that dune, so there’s definitely something in that direction!” Markarth growls, pointing at a trail of indistinct, shambling figures that stretch off into the northwest. With the aid of your magic, you are able to navigate around most of the zombies without them noticing your party, but eventually one of them does and it quickly alerts the other undead to your presence with a spine-chilling shriek.

“Fuck!” You curse under your breath. “Looks like we’ve got company! Keep them off me so I don’t lose focus on the spell!”

Your party members ready their weapons as seven…no, eight zombies approach in all, but as it turns out, none of the zombies would even be able to reach you. As the first zombie comes within the radius of your spell, you see a thick orange tentacle curl around its rotted waist before it is pulled violently into the air back into the raging sandstorm . Looking up, you watch in a conflicting mix of awe and terror as you see the huge golden outline of a flying, serpent-like creature snare the rest of the zombies with the tentacle you now recognize to be its tongue, using it to drag them into its maw and swallowing them whole.

With all the zombies gone, time seems to stand still as you stare the creature down, half expecting it to attack and devour your party next. Surprisingly, all it does is turn away and fly off into the blinding sands, though not before meeting your gaze with its piercing orange eyes for several long seconds first.

“Don’t bother asking…” Markarth grunts, anticipating your question. “In all my years around here, I have never even seen or heard of that..monster before.”

e24ecb No.22776

Your party continues the journey in relative silence, still shaken by the recent encounter with the zombies and the creature. It is only after an hour when you see Jarien pause, looking down at the Condenser with a puzzled expression on his face. “Um, Elyssa, come quick! I think something’s wrong with the machine!”. Looking at the device, you see that the compass-like needle that had been pointing rigidly northwest is now spinning erratically in a circle and changing directions without rhyme or reason. You scan the area and find nothing of interest, with literally nothing but sand stretching out in every direction.

“Hmm. That can’t be right. Do you think you can guide us from here Markarth?” You look towards the Orc, trying to stop the panic from creeping into your voice as you sense his uncertainty.

“Or maybe the machine is working. Here, look at this!” It is Talia’s turn to speak as she uses a shoe to scrape away at the sand beneath her. Casting another wind spell to speed up the process, your efforts soon reveal the dull golden glint of what looks like a manhole cover with ancient symbols carved all over it. With the combined efforts of Jarien and Markarth, the ornately decorated cover is soon pushed aside, revealing a ladder that leads into the dark tunnels below.

“Nice find, Talia! But if this is where the undead are coming from…then how did they get past the manhole cover?” None of your party members are able to come up with an answer to that.

Your party spends the next five minutes descending into what appears to be some sort of ancient sewer system, long since dried out but still reeking heavily of filth. Thankfully, you only end up having to follow the gloomy tunnel for another five minutes before you find an exit that leads into a massive, vaulted chamber that instantly takes your breath away. From where you are standing, it looks as if *every* surface in the antechamber before you is covered in colorful mosaics depicting perverted scenes of men, women and…other creatures engaging in sex.

On the floor beneath your feet is the scene of a gigantic orgy between Orcs, Humans and…Elves. A blush creeps over your cheeks as you spot the glassy depiction of a blonde elf that looks disturbing like you, being spitroasted by two crudely carved Orcs as several more line up behind her. The entire ceiling of the room is no better, dominated by a single mosaic of a gigantic tentacle monster violating both men and women alike. Along the walls of the room, you see a wide variety of other glass creatures raping their victims - from minotaurs, satyrs and worms to a hundred other creatures you don’t recognize.

Trying your best to ignore the distracting mosaics, you scan the room and find three doorways leading out of it. The first is marked with a plaque that reads “Trial of Wills” and beyond it, you spot a large number of stone statues of humans and other exotic creatures. The second doorway’s plaque reads “Trial of Fates” and beyond that, you see more colorful mosaics surrounding another three doorways and a stone pedestal in front of them. Finally, the third plaque reads “Trial of Transformation” and its doorway seems to lead into a shadowy room that seems empty apart from a table with several faintly glittering objects sitting on it.

What order do you examine the rooms in? (You can always back out of them before you commit to one)

(Order A,B and C)

A ) The statuary marked with the plaque reading “Trial of Wills”

B ) The room with three more doors marked with the plaque reading “Trial of Fates”

C ) The room with the table marked with the plaque reading “Trial of Transformation.”

D ) Do something else.

With the rest of your party still enthralled by all the perverse sights around them, you decide to take charge of the situation “Let’s keep moving. Whatever this place is, I doubt we’d want to run into the people that created it.”.

You lead the party through the doorway marked “Trial of Wills’, emerging into an expansive, brightly-lit chamber filled with several rows of polished stone statues. Though almost every statue is carved in the likeness of a different creature - you see several armored men, a succubus, a horse and a nymph among them - it seems they all have one thing in common - greatly exaggerated sexual organs.

“Try not to touch any of the statues.” You warn, sensing the faint aura of dormant magic emanating from each one. “If you see anything move, I need to know about it.”

“Wasn’t planning to…” Jarien replies, subconsciously licking his lips. “…You only make that mistake once!”

Growing more unsettled by the moment, your party proceeds cautiously around the statues towards the only other objects in the room - a stone pedestal sitting in front of a sealed golden door. As you get closer to it, you see several sentences written in Elvish inscribed into its top. The first few sentences seem to be crossed-out verses of some kind of rhyme - almost as if its writer was trying to make up a witty riddle but eventually just gave up. The last sentence is an instruction, presumably on how to unlock the sealed door to the next room: “To proceed to the next trial you must first prove your restraint, by satisfying four of the statues in this room without allowing them to outlast you.”

Though the single instruction is all that’s provided, you share a long look with your party and it seems all four of you know *exactly* what it is asking.

“I do not like this one bit. We should try one of the other paths.” Markarth grunts. “But it’s your call Elyssa, since I did ask to join you on this journey after all.”

“Heh, what makes you think the other trials will be any less humiliating?” Jarien retorts. “Short of blasting the door open with magic, I don’t think we’ve got much of a choice!”

You look expectantly at Talia for her opinion and see that she is blushing heavily “Well…we’ve already come this far. If Jarien’s up for doing this then I’m in too, Ely!”

What do you decide to do?

A ) Markarth’s right, this is too humiliating. Let’s choose a different trial.

B ) Though you think Jarien may have been jesting, see if you can blast the door down with magic!

C ) Your party’s will is strong enough to handle a little humiliation. Let’s get the trial over with.

“If the mosaics in the antechamber are any indication, I think Jarien’s right - the other trials won’t be any easier than this. Let’s just try it first; we can always back down if it doesn’t work out.”

Looking over the menagerie of all the statues in the room, you party spends the next few minutes picking out six that are carved into the shape of creatures you actually recognize. The first statue is a depiction of three human men, clad entirely in armor except around their crotch, where their huge stone phalluses bulge outwards obscenely. The second statue is a busty succubus, complete with huge breasts, a rigid stone cock and a vagina that almost looks too detailed to have been carved by hand. Forged out of metal instead of stone, the third statue is a massive stallion, reared up on its two muscular hind legs in a stance that proudly shows off its veiny, silver member.

The fourth statue is of a petite, winged fairy that you recognize to be a forest nymph. While normally innocent and carefree by nature, this particular nymph is wearing an extremely suggestive expression on her face and is holding her two stone breasts up with her tiny hands. The final two statues are stranger than the rest - one is an octopus-like creature with a single gigantic eye on its body and several smaller ones bulging off the end of its tentacles, and the other a scorpion-like creature with a phallic tail and tentacles in place of its claws.

“The good news is we’ll only have to choose four of these…though we’ll still need a way to divide them up somehow.” You say, breaking the awkward silence that hangs heavily over the room.

“It’s all up to you Elyssa! Dividing up these statues should be good practice for when the time comes to split the loot!”

e24ecb No.24197

So, I've been busy for a while, but have free time to start writing again.

The thing is, this quest has a few problems with it (though I've learned a load of things from running it), so I am thinking of starting another and am gauging interest for it here!

The new quest will be:

*Less story focused, so it'll be easier for people to jump into and I'll actually be able to run sessions.

*There will be no complicated state sheets and combat systems.

*Sex will pretty much be a part of the story now instead of the consequence of an encounter.

Anyway, the premise for the quest is that:

You play as a mage who is defeated by your rival - an insane man that decides to enslave you instead of kill you. He'll try to break you, but also force you to help him on adventures/dungeons and capture other people. Your main goal will be to find a way to escape his control, while also dealing with the other people he manages to enslave.

So, would anyone be interested in such a quest?

63715d No.24199

>>24197

That sounds quite interesting :D

I definitely would enjoy playing, as long as there are lots of monsters ;) my main enjoyment is from females with nonhumanoids

e24ecb No.24200

>>24199

Yeah, there's a high probability for that. The mage who will be your master is pretty much the kind of person that'll cast a paralyzing spell on you in a dungeon just to watch what happens.

This sounds appealing :D

I like the unique plot twist! Any idea of a start time?

but can you please please finish the statue encounter?^^

e24ecb No.24218

>>24214

I"d prefer to get started on the new story. But, as a compromise, I'm sure there'll be a few statues planned along that storyline sometime!

331db9 No.25950

>>24218

Ditching this thread without any closure whatsoever is NOT cool. If you can't even close this one out, why would anybody get invested in another one of your stories? For fuck's sake, can somebody at least pop our protagonist's cherry? It's a major injustice to let so fine a piece of ass go so thoroughly unfucked.

c2301c No.25951

>>25950

I would hate to tell another author how to run thier story but…the guy above has a point. You should put your heros though so neatly impossible sex battles and close this story on a bad end first. You can borrow my dice if you need to get low rolls.
