At those doses, you can snort it, mix it with food/water and consume it, shove it up your ass (sounds dumb but it would work very well), or of course inject it.

Injection of a full gram of heroin might be a bit difficult, so try half at once, then about 20 seconds later after the second is liquid, do the other half.

Basically see where doctors take your blood, in the inside of your elbow. Find a larger vein there, push in heorin-filled needle at about a 45 degree angle. Make sure there is no air in the needle, and inject right into the vein.

If you want to test if you;re in the vein, try with an empty needle to take a bit of blood out. It should come out pretty evenly, if you are getting a very slow and inconsistent flow of blood into the needle as you pull the plunger, you have not hit directly into the vein.

Have fun, listen to trance music or something with a heavy 1/4 bass tone. Heroin is very fun with that kind of music.

Oh, and when I say use a 3cc syringe, I should have clarified why - a 3cc syringe is big enough that you can do the whole thing in one shot, rather than doing what >>10723 recommended with half and half. Doing it half and half means you risk getting pretty fucked up after the first one, so you might end up fucking up the second shot (i.e. missing the vein and injecting into your muscles, or dropping the syringe on the floor and fucking up the needle).

first of all, are there any venes visible to you ? As a beginner you should try the hand, elbow is harder to hit.

Then you want to wrap something REALLY tight around your arm, that should make the vessels more prominent.

Now look exactly how the vessel runs, and take the needle in a slight angle to it from the side.

Now take the syringe with the needle, and stick it in till the head of the needle is completely inside you. Now you pull a little on the syringe, so you have a little bit of vacuum in it. That way the second you hit a vessel blood flows into the syringe and you know you hit. Slowly push it in till blood flows. You might miss a few times, so train a bit. Oh, and vessel in the hand are not deep, so go in really flat, just breaking the skin, and then pretty much parallel to the skin

if you are a bitch with needles, here is an old junkie trick. Lay down on your stomach, and push the syringe into your asshole (NO NEEDLE !!!!) till you are like 3cm inside, then push the contents inside you. Leave in then for a bit, then pull out. You need to lie like that for 10 mins at least. Is almost as effective as IV, but no needle work. Your colon absorbs water pretty much directly into the blood stream, so anything solved in the water get's absorbed as well.

You don't need to worry about needles with fentanyl. Ripping open just a single patch and gumming it will kill you with no tolerance. Keep in mind though that it's not quick and that if you are found you will be immediately shot up with narcan and survive.
