Whenever I tried to take pills with alcohol, I could never keep it down. I'd throw it all up before I die. I'm not sure if it's because of too much alcohol, too many pills, not eating enough beforehand, or a combination of those. But that is definitely something to keep in mind and prepare for. This is especially true for expensive or otherwise hard to obtain pills.
