If you know any criminals who own a gun you can meet with them and make it look like a robbery: they reach you, you pretend to fight them, they shoot you and take your money.

Or you can walk into any crime-ridden neighbourhood with some cash, expect someone to approach you, try to fight back and let the criminals shoot you.

Is there any way to give yourself cancer?

I don't mean over the years, but relatively quickly. Something involving radiation or whatever.

Car accident. Easy as balls. Hit a truck in on-coming traffic. Drink a little bit before hand, have your phone on your lap, and people will instantly assume you're just stupid.

Go climbing and fall down a mountain.

Do some water sport like kayaking and drown (would not recommend).

Drive a motorcycle at high speed and crash into a tree on a narrow road. Maybe put some oil there so make it look like it made you lose control.

Get a blue collar job and have a work accident.

I guess you won't need to hit another car then. I would say drive around until you find a cliff you can run into. Trees are unreliable; may not outright kill you. Buildings my hurt people, either physically, emotionally, or financially. Or drive your car into a river, but you have to be ok with drowning and the higher possibility of being saved.

Don't do that, it really traumatises the train engineers, they have a really high turnover due to people killing themselves on the track.
