A lot of you guys are underestimating the force of impact.
Anything over 2 stories up, land on your head. Your brain will be splattered across a large area, there wont be any almost about it. Just be aware of how quickly it happens, you don't have any time in midfall to correct yourself (its nothing like the movies), so you need to make sure you're launching in a way that'll give you the landing you want. Imagine it like diving off a diving board or the edge into a swimming pool, except you don't put your hands out. You might want to even practice at a swimming pool first.
Excelsior, anons. I'm sorry for your pain. May whatever is next be gentler on your spirits.
