I just googled the exit bag and it seems like a great way out. Why didn't anybody mention it here before? The thing is I don't have access to any gases so I was wondering if I could produce CO (or any other gas) at home

Just be sure to double check the mixture.

Also, AFAIK modern vehicles don't produce enough CO to be lethal.
