Too much of anything will kill you but as with any attempt to die via ingesting something it is risky. It has a moderate chance of working if you take enough, but it also has a very real chance of failing yet doing permanent damage.

Is there any way to make it safer?

Obviously TATP have almost 100% chance to do it, but it also have a high chance to kill other people.

I do not have other options because weapons are illegal here and there are no accessible high buildings with windows, I cant hang myself because it is even more risky and extremely painful if I can't do it from high place, I don't have access to cyanide, sarin or any other strong toxins.

But I also can't keep suffering because of this.

What kind of 'permanent damage'? My biggest fear is about some brain damage.

These drugs affects your brain, lungs and heart.

If your brain fails first then you obviously get brain damage.

If your lungs fail first then the brain won't have enough oxygen and you also get a brain damage.

If your heart fails first then your brain won't get enough blood, so it won't get enough oxygen, so you get a brain damage.

The brain will always be the first organ to get a PERMANENT damage, because neurons are the most sensitive cells in the body, and the only ones who can't completely restore their functionality after being damaged.

If you worry about brain damage don't use drugs or toxins, try something that wont only harm your brain but also your whole body so you wont have a chance, like guns or explosives. TATP is easy to make but be careful not to hurt innocent people.
