If you live in a first-world country then good fucking luck fulfilling that dream with OTC drugs. The only one that would come close is codeine, which is typically combined with panadol (also known as paracetamol in the UK/Europe and acetaminophen in the US). You can do a cold-water extraction (google it, tonnes of advice out there) to extract the codeine from the panadol. Problem is, you'd have to buy a lot of it for a suicide. Probably go around every pharmacist in your city for a couple months gathering pills before you get enough for a decent opiate overdose, and even then you'd need to get drunk to guarantee respiratory failure.

If you want death by poisoning then you'd be better off going on the darkweb and getting some illegal stuff, ideally fentanyl or heroin. If you're genuinely determined you'll take the risk.
