You don't have to be as high to get a high fatality rate on land, compared to water. Incredibly obvious, but you didn't say. Apparently 150feet for land and 250feet for water is when it's nearly 100% fatal. 250feet is the San Fran bridge and small amount have survived from that.
Aim with your head down and going for rocks or something hard is better than dirt or sand.
You could potentially kill yourself from lower heights if you aim it well enough but that's really luck based since you can just come away with brain damage or some physical injury.
If you care about recovery, you'd want to take some ID with you.
