Could always try alcohol, some other depressants or anti-depressants (if you've found ones that keep you detached and unemotional - they're working for me, makes suicide seem more logical than emotional) to keep you down and detached.
Though finding a sort of mantra that represents just how you picture life being if you live could help remind you of what you want., e.g. only coping with being a wageslave because of escapism that you can't enjoy anymore or "I'll never be happy, only a different level of comfort".
