also i really think you all should only go in small groups. suicide pacts already generate headlines, but a large group will undoubtedly create a lot of attention and backlash. hotwheels has no resources to mount any legal defense, no matter how spurious the charges. he will probably have to fold /suicide/ in reaction to a successful group exit. this will also help avoid informants who want to interfere. finally, consider practicing good security culture via the tails os and darknet options like tor/freenet/i2p. i2p has its own board system called syndie. its cumbersome but relatively secure compared to rizon, skype, etc.

Why? It's hard to arrange a time and place that fits for most participants, and necrofags will scare off the remaining few. I have an idea of mixing formic acid and sulfuric acid to release carbon monoxide.
Both ingredients can be bought online at high laboratory grade purities.
I also have a shower that I can seal off to make a small room to do it in.
That's my play right now. Seems like the best way to do it

That does seem like the best way, actually. You want to make sure you purchase a carbon monoxide levels detector. Most detectors only have an alarm that sounds, so check the packaging if you're in a store.
