Do you know what type of pellets are in the shells?
It could vey wel be enough to kill you depending on the type of shot in the shells.
You could use wax to make birdshot into sluggs for more power in your shot.
Always stick it in your mouth.

i think this is the other kind I have, not sure. The shotgun and ammo is locked up atm, but I can get at them when I absolutely need to

Google is your friend 7 1/2 is bird shot and that is not generally recommended.

Just hang yourself, it will produce reliable results if you arent found.

The slugs are the best choice for you. You best point it at the back of your mouth. Handling the gun wil probably already point it slightly up. Try and point it to the brainstem.

Suffocation is tricky with a gun in your mouth. You could combine things. Take pills till you want to puke. Put your neck in a noose. Then blow your brains out. If you put in enough effort they won't have a laugh, because you'll have the last laugh.
