How does he do it so easily in that gif? I tried so many times and every single time iI just end up suffocating instead of passing out from blocking the artery.

I noticed his rope is quite thin though. Mines isn't, i bought a strong 5m long 16mm thick rope. Could it be that mines is just too wide?

You see how dark he turns? That means he blocked the artery with the blood going out. The pressure in his head must have been unpleasant, but at least he went rather fast.

At what side did you place the knot of your rope? Maybe you can experiment with placing it somewhere else?

The funny thing to me isn't how much people are concerned about pain, it's thay they have this retarded delusion that they will suffer less pain throughout their "normal" life.

Sure you might experience a few minutes of pain during a suicide, but think of the amount of pain you will experience in the long term. Kidney stones, cancer, broken tooth, broken bones, cardiac arrest, get hit by a car, step on a lego, severe infection, etc.

For Me personally it's not the pain I'm scared of. I'm scared of me failing and ending up a vegetable. I'd jump but there's no accessible high places here and I can't use a gun because I'm not American. I'm just waiting until I know 100% what I'm doing and how to do so

Don't feel bad anon, I don't think your failure was your fault, that method is unreliable and fails most of the time, even if you were brave and controlled your fears you would still rip it open unconsciously out of panic due to suffocation, its natural, we are programmed to fight for our lives at all costs.

My suggestion to you is to look into jumping, how about renting an hotel room in a floor higher than 15 and then jumping from a window or balcony? I plan on doing this once I get more freedom.

Why the fuck would you care about freedom if you're going to kill yourself? Surely you are an adult so you can take a quik loan if it's down to money. Also why a hotel room? Why would you have to rent a room?

Consider trying more than one method at once, try pills and/or alcohol and then jumping or if you have access to a gun shooting yourself. You want to be as out of it as possible when you do it and you also want it to be quik.

fwiw in a lot of city hotels, you cannot physically open the windows

the temp is controlled by air con, and the windows do not open to prevent suicides and drunk accidents

you'd need a more touristy, beach front hotel where they usually have balconies
