Has anyone tried taking those medications that cause diarrhea? Maybe a mild overdose. That would lose water quickly. Probably it would be best to take it after 3-5 days or so of not eating or drinking.

Metabolizing food actually dehydrates you, so yeah, probably. People traveling through the desert have to be careful not to eat too much.
