>That situation is different though. The draw was the game, and the channel was supplementary. Even though you were temp-banned from the channel, you still probably played the game, and eventually came back to channel due to it being part of the game.

No, I was banned from the server, which meant the game as well. And there are no other servers in the world that run /v/'s version of SS13; not that it really matters, since the community is what makes the game enjoyable.

The situation is basically the same here, as in both cases just one slip could ruin an entire game/episode, and there really isn't any way for people to avoid it while still participating.

>Thread tagging

I suppose threads dedicated to episode reactions and the like could be exempt, except for the OP.

In general though, I don't see tagging threads as being helpful at all. If an OP contains spoilers that aren't blacked out, then people will see them. Otherwise, people would see that the OP has something blacked out and/or is talking about the new episode, and should avoid such threads if he doesn't want spoilers.

>Reporter is the closest thing to janitor we have, but they can't ban or delete.

Well, that's not what I meant then. I meant something more like whatever 'scruffy' is.

Since this board has only one banner, I say it could use some more. Basically, lets use this thread for anything you would make a cool banner. Try to keep it SFW please.

EDIT: We're also open to custom flag suggestions, e.g. characters, items, symbols.

>Spoiler

I would like to know of how to do this, holy crud I am sure this could help me

>Star vs. Quest

I've heard of this, but didn't exactly like the character, I mean, I kind of did but kind of didn't.

And I know of plenty ways to use dice, but I am sure there are more I don't know of.

Post all your evidence of modfaggotry here, where they can't silence us. We'll create a pile of evidence to show the world what's going on.

Funny thing about my latest ban, the earlier ban was for rule 8 on a post I didn't even intend as a complaint (instead of the several other posts that I did).

Neither of these two bans were me, they were posted by someone else and I saved them for just such a day.

Third image is an example of the kind of thread that *doesn't* get instantly deleted. Nice selective enforcement of Rule 10, there.

Could she ship Ludo&Toffee? Or, maybe, she just decided to dress as ULTIMATE VILLAIN in her eyes.

(also it turned out to be nice foreshadowing)

There always is the possability that writers at the very least do a lot of lurking on sites that talk about the show for free feedback.

>I don't exactly want there to be hundreds of character flags… but I do want there to be enough for show's characters relevant to them, so have two versions for one character would be fine if it is significant like Ms. Skullzy as a human and as a troll.

Most of the characters don't have multiple forms, so I don't think it will be an issue. Also, 8ch allows User JS scripts (Under "Options" in the top-right), which could be used to hide certain flags from the drop-down menu.

>Whether or not I do AU characters I am still deciding on, BoyStar is very trivially easy to make, same with MonStar, so it wouldn't be too much an effort to do.

AU characters are fine IMO. I'll prefix them with a phrase that makes them show up at the bottom of the list of flags, so you don't have to scroll through AU flags to get to character flags or other canon-material flags.

>Also what are your thoughts on me making a Princess Marco one?

That would be good, she's pretty popular.

>I like the hue adjustment, excellent, seems Tom worked best out on the first attempt and then an adjustment.

I've successfully replaced one of the deleted flags with Tom from >>100. The flag image now shows Tom, but the text hasn't updated yet.

>The Salmon and pink colors are kind of hard to see/make out against the standard yostuba color background, but I recently changed to the Tomorrow theme so that problem is gone for me.

The pink is a little difficult, but the salmon shows up fine. IMO the contrast between background and board theme isn't as important as background/face just because themes can be changed and the background doesn't contain any fine details near the outer border, although preferably it needs to be distinct from Burichan Blue.

So I made an attempt at angry Tom, feel free to adjust it, because mainly I focused on how it looks zoomed out like it would be on a post.

Nice. I wish this board was faster. How can we make more people come here?

 No.113

>>112

I dunno, gotta get some people from /co/, how easy and/or hard that is depends I guess. Would they be willing to come here during times when jannie isn't acting up? I dunno, I do, but there is plenty of reasons for that, like me making stuff for this and I am having loads of fun with that.

>How can we make more people come here?

We must wait until the time is right.

When the movie comes out, people will start talking about svtfoe more. However, the /co/ mods will almost certainly not loosen their restrictions, especially seeing as S3 "doesn't really start" until September. That two-month span is our best chance to spread the word of this board on /co/, attracting those who seek to flee the mod persecution.

That gives us three weeks to prepare this board. A clear set of rules, plus custom flags and banners, we're working on now. Even though there's at most a half-dozen of us right now, we should also try to drum up as much genuine discussion amongst ourselves as we can, to give people confidence that this board isn't stillborn. Maybe we could steal good topic ideas from /co/?

And lastly, though I hesitate to say it out loud… I think that we should take the opportunity establish these earliest of contributors as the equivalent of Janitors. But instead of using that name for them, how about calling it the "/svtfoe/ High Commision"?

I think I'll cross-post the above in the rules-drafting thread, where it probably belongs more.

>>107

>The right/darker one looks more analogous to Marco's flag in terms of saturation

I posted a version of Marco's flag with less saturation here >>86 that I feel is more clear anyways.
