This will be (or already has been) hailed as brave and powerful and speaking truth to power. Regardless of the fact that these people already run the comics industry and don't allow any other views to be published. They have been caught blocking alternate viewpoints from being written or published, writers get blackballed easily, no one wants to be branded with the scarlet R (mindsets that were what allowed the San Bernadino shootings to happen, and the thousands of child rapes in Rotherham).
Meanwhile the mask slips of the true intentions, not bothering to even put it in allegory anymore, just outright saying, "follow in lockstep to our dogma or become our pariah through the media that we are in charge of." They don't care about hiding it, they don't have to. They're not interested in true diversity, and god help you if you're a black person who doesn't support affirmative action or taxing the rich.
The true downside is that to oppose this almost always means being a right wing conservative, which means falling into the pitfall of religion, and its own obvious fallacies.
Why should debunking one fallacy mean I have to subscribe to another?
So instead, I found a new way.
