I just downloaded the torrent and is legit. You can find Ashley Madison's bank information, names and info about their C-Suite, even a floor plan from their offices.
About the guys asking how to see the .dump files:
1. Install a WAMP, MAMP or LAMP suite.
2. Create a MySQL DB
3. Open the MySQL console and import the dump file with a command like this: "mysql -u root -p dbn < C:ashley_madison_is_fun.dump", where root is your DB username, and dbn the name of your DB. The last part is the path and name of the DUMP file.
4. The MySQL console should ask for your DB password. Enter it.
5. Wait. Wait boy. These Dumps are huge and can take time to import to the database (you can check the import progress via phpMyAdmin). The time depends on your CPU / RAM.
6. Have fun. Read the data using phpmyadmin or navicat.
Sorry if my comment is lame. I just see that there are people out there that does not know how to read these dumps.
For the people who thinks that mysql command is shit and hard to understand: try MySQLYOG. Is a windows software with a dump import option ready to use.
For those asking about opening dump file. Don't bother with installing LAMP or WAMP stack. Grab a copy of Kali Linux and burn it on a DVD. Boot it to live and follow yciokgqc instruction. Kali has MySQL pre-installed and configured.
As other mentioned, this is a fucking felony and you could be jailed for life if LEO or ISP people found out you download this.
Use trusted VPN service like Viking and AirVPN (avoid PIA). Don't do this at your house. Use a burner laptop. Full drive encryption. Have DBAN ready so once you need house cleaning to wipe them immediately. Burn your laptop if needed, magnet won't do shit.
