For individual books you may want to point your IRC client at #bookz on Undernet

Looks like unix stuff. Probably works with Unix/Linux systems.
For windows
http://rtwi.jmk.hu/wiki/rTorrentOnWindows

And please ffs seed your torrents. If your ISP limits how much of bandwidth you can use (ie 30GB for a month) or you chose a plan with a shitty upload speed, you can put a limit on the bittorrent client.

>>228
it doesn't do upnp, nat traversal, port mapping, proxies or µTP
it is hella fast though. it's mostly just for seedboxes

i use qbittorrent
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_BitTorrent_clients

for ebooks i download epubs in my reader app with OPDS
tuebl.ca is ok but they respond to dmca requests. i've just found http://gen.lib.rus.ec/ but not tested it

I use qBittorrent on windows. It runs pretty well. I've heard some anons complaining about it crashing when having multiple torrents at once.

I used Transmission back when I ran Linux Mint, and it is awesome. I didn't feel it was the same on windows, though.

It did the same for me in v3.1.11, but they seemed to fix it with the latest version 3.1.12
