Downloading anything copyrighted can get you into trouble. Depending on where you live if also will. If you live in a 'so free' dictatorship like the USA or Australia torrenting ONE thing is often a go directly to jail card depending on ISP.

In Muslim Authorities, like the UK where I live and other EU countries, you're likely to get vanned if you do it too much too often, but 90% of the time they will send you a 'warning' that you're using an awful lot of bandwith aren't you? :^) hope you're not doing naughties!

Dude I live in the US and have been pirating shit every day for years and years, since about 2006 or 2007. People do get caught but fuck man I've never even gotten a warning letter. I guess my ISP just doesn't give a flying fuck.

all that is great for OTI DL'ing. the real money is at intranet DL'ing. if enough techy people use it, you can get quite a stash on a college campus using DirectConnect or SoulSeek.

ISPs can't snitch if you're not pulling it over their network :^)

Look into a VPN service. I recommend PrivateInternetAccess. They value your privacy, don't keep logs, and it's cheap. And, yes, you can torrent using it so your (real) IP doesn't show up to anyone looking at the connections.

Realistically, however, downloading Bandicam is… well… not exactly much of a risk. I haven't looked, but there's probably torrents with a shitload of seeders/leechers and Bandicam isn't exactly a company with the resources to pay copyright lawyers tons of cash to sit down and flag IPs. So… download away.

Not saying you should do something as fucking retarded as downloading the leaked screener of "Fury" that came out because something THAT popular and high profile will be watched like a hawk.

OP don't worry, downloading this sort of things wont get into trouble, only movies and music, depending on your ISP may trigger their anti-piracy thingamagik software, but in order to avoid this, just get a free VPN that isn't based in your country. The only way to get yourself V& is that if you start bragging about your piracy habits on facebook or twitter, but no-one in their right mind would do that.
