Any of you on /T/ know some programming? I want to get a project together for an extension that puts torrent links on wiki article sources. Either archive.today links or pdfs for the book/magazine used as a source.

What do you think?

I thought this could also get /t/ as a board rolling.

I don't know about making extensions, but I am willing to learn. I think this idea has much potential

Sounds like a very good idea. I don't have the time to help, but I like the idea.

if you know js, you could make a greasemonkey script. extensions are only a little more complicated

if you don't know js, go to codeacademy and learn

I have thought about this before, but I'm not sure where you'd pull the pdfs from, no tracker or any combination of trackers i know, has enough books to fill in most of the references wikipedia holds.

Can you explain more in depth what you want this to do?

it should be pretty simple in JS if it's what I think you're saying but the way you're saying it is confusing and not clear.
