Is there one? I'm looking for epub of certain semi-rare and slightly old (20+ years) books but all I find in major trackers are bestsellers both old and new

And as hard as it is to find books on trackers it's five times as hard to find non-English books. And 20 times as hard to find non-English audiobooks

There is a serious gap for this type of material, especially for non-english…

I like to think there's a well-hidden treasure trove somewhere on the internet that has everything with an ISBN, and if not, someone will find it for you.

can be a pretty good source as long as you're not after something too rare or specific. and if your e-reader supports opds you can import the library directly http://lib.rus.ec/opds
