>>467If I had to describe it, JJM is a heavy black tea that smells strongly of pastry. Sounds weird but it's pretty damn appetizing in person, especially before a meal or (god forbid) actual pastry. It's also fairly gummy-sweet even before any sugar goes in, so do not approach if you prefer your tea as bitter and astringent as your soul.
Close second is probably Ya Bao pu'er. The tea itself is pretty much colorless, but it has a strong and (IME) divisive tree sap aroma. The unbrewed leaves are especially pungent, almost medicinal-smelling. Also has the most natural sweetness of any tea I've tasted, bar none.
Third maybe Long Jing (aka Dragonwell). It's a classic green tea with little if any of the piscine aroma of the steamed Nip greens preferred by weeaboos and nerds. Faintly sweet if properly brewed, with an aroma of nuts and icing sugar. Also seems fairly tolerant of stupid temperatures/times, but try not to wreck it or a child in rural China will die
