What do you mean by honeypot? Sure there's maybe someone in What.CD's leadership who is working with record companies/governments, but they've been up for years and nobody's had any problems. As long as you use a vpn nothing is going to happen to you. It's not like it even matters, governments can see right through vpns and if you're trying to download tens of gigs then they'll probably be able to correlate shit before you finish. There's no way you can actually torrent anonymously right now.
