The README for xterm says "Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here" and proceeds to say it has Tektronix support, but will be removing it soon. A few decades later...

Start xterm in tek mode with

$ xterm -t

Grab some *.tek files from here which includes one of the ones shown in the video.
