I fucking love old school techno yet I have no idea of what artists I should listen. It's the roots of my favorite music genre.
I don't have any, as you can imagine, but I do have a close successor which is Dutch hardcore.

No, but I'm pretty sure iTunes has search functionality built in. Also, anon, why the fuck are you using proprietary software?!
Anyways, copy paste this:

If you like Dutch hardcore I'd recommend looking into Martin Damm. He was at the forefront of the evolution of that hardcore scene (and still is really) in Germany in the early '90s, in addition to making stuff in a shitton of other sub-genres of techno.

From limiting Jewtube's search to missedHARCOREGABBER I guess it's the one known as Biochip-C or Y-Decibel?
https://www.discogs.com/artist/1284-Biochip-C
If so, I think one of his tracks actually turned out to be one of my favorites.

how slow of a programmer do you have to be to enjoy listening to this while coding something?
If you're decently fast, and wish to progress at your max capable speed, listen to fast paced music. Anything else will make you lazy.
Mix that with technology/cyberspunk themed music and you get trance, eurobeat, synth pop and if it doesn't have to be tech sounding metal.

It has been scientifically proven many times that all music detracts from your concentration. Ironically, techno is the most distracting, while classical is the least. People who say that music helps them concentrate are victims of Pavlonian conditioning, its because they associate music with study as "study time". Bonus: chewing gum is bad for your digestion but it does gice you a small boost in concentration by supplying more oxygen to your brain, your blood pumping to your head more as a result of moving your jaw. The increase in cognitive function is around 5 to 7%, but if you don't like chewing gum don't worry, actually being disciplined is worth more than a few small tricks.
Source: years of reading articles and scientific papers on these topics. Fuck you if you don't like my bringing it up, look it up yourself if you want something for your homework paper you lazy faggot.

I don't need to concentrate much when I'm programming. It's pretty much just rearranging functioncalls you already know.
I think these studies apply to learning or studying new things, or memorizing things. But if it comes down to doing something you already know how it works, fast paced music is imho gonna do good for you.
