If you want to stick to Linux, not many choices exist. One is BricsCAD. You can download it on torrents.

Alternatively, get another HDD and pirate Windows + Autocad/Solidworks and just use it only for that when you need it.

There is no equivalent Autocad on GNU/Linux.
