Subversion but looking into migrating to git. Might not be possible if there's not enough easy GUI tools for the developers. (I'm the IT guy who doesn't have a comp sci degree but can track down bugs that stump the programmers in the company. Go figure.)

Unity Asset Server. It gets the job done and has low learning curve. For personal projects usually Git, although mercurial is fine too.
