Where did it go wrong, /tele/? It was trashy from the beginning in an enjoyable way, but there was definitely a point during the later seasons where it completely jumped the shark kind of like /tv/ :^).

Most of it is pretty entertaining although poorly written, just stay the fuck away from season 7. If you liked season 1 then you'll definitely like the rest of it.

yes, go for it. some people dislike the later seasons because they just spin out of control and they do the usual thing where they focus on the story and forget about the ambience that was there in the previous seasons. however, imo it's a great series through and through it just changes with the story. i love how the tension grows in the latter seasons and you can see him change, see his spirit slowly crumble with time.
