Few months after Skyrim release, I saw a video with dragons shouting by speaking real words, instead of the retarded typical dragons that breath fire. It was cut content or something, but it was really cool. They brought some of that back with dragons that use drain vitality, and you can still see the words with subtitles on. I think there was a mod about it too, and on the wikias pages thery wrote about it. Problem is, everything disappeared. The info on wikias, the videos, the mods. Do you know where to find the mods at least?

P.S.: this video is the closest thing I found to the video I saw back then. Minute 1:15 you can hear dragon shouting.

It's been a while since I've played, but I think you can just turn subtitles on in the vanilla menu, and I think the dragon shouts were made to match the words of power in one of the DLC's?

Yeah, I know about the subtitles, and about the drain vitality shout too. But what about Fire Breath, for example? There is the audio in game, but the dragons don't use it, they just breath fire like some uninspired dragon. In the video you can see Ice Form too. They didn't use them not to scare the normies, I think, but isn't there a mod that fixes the issue?

Ancient, Serpentine, Revered and Legendary Dragons use a verbal Thu'um, as do Mirmulnir, Sahloknir, Sahrotaar, Paarthurnax, Odahviing, Durnehviir and, of course, Aldiun.

If you want verbal Thu'ums for every dragon with every breath attack, I suppose a mod could do it. I wouldn't know where to find what you're looking for, however.
