I don't know if 360 has backwards compatibility for morrowind, but I recommend, well, a computer.

It doesn't have to be some 'PC master race gaming PC', cause even Skyrim runs well on potatoes if you use the HialgoBoost mod.

Lord knows why you'd get an XBox One. Worst console – and company – out there at the moment.

FO4 had a very VERY limited layered armor system.

I'm hoping for the old morrowind clothes/armor system they had in the new one. Doubt it though.
