Cancer Mages are pretty broken.
I remember there was one disease from the same sourcebook that increased your strength but sapped your other stats. Supposed to represent it slowly mutating you or something like that. Cancer mages are immune to the negative effects of diseases, so if they get infected by that, their strength will increase until they become the most muscular of muscle wizards.
