Did you add any mods after you made the save and then try to load it? If so, disable the mods that weren't there before. Also reboot your computer if you haven't tried that.

* Run LOOT on your load order
* Run >>6278
* Uninstall any shitty overly script heavy mods, especially if you have shit like Economies of Skyrim or the old Sexlab Aroused installed.
* Run >>6278 again after that

If all else fails, enable papyrus logging in your Skyrim.ini and check the log files that get generated there after the game crashes. See what mod scripts were throwing errors before the crash and disable those, then repeat >>6278.

If it's still not working, post your papyrus log and load order here and someone might happen to see something glaringly wrong.
