Feel free to let this thread tank after my question gets answered, but: what the fuck?

Shouldn't access only be denied if Oblivion is installed in the same directory as Program Files? Mine's on an entirely different drive. Why the fuck can't I install Detailed Terrain?

I already tried running OBMM as admin and nothing changed.
