since this is a vaguely morrowind-related thread and thus related to chim by that vagueness, some preface and a question
so everything that happened with dagoth ur can be summarized as so if i'm not mistaken:
>learning your non-existence due to being part of the godhead's dream leads to one of two conclusions: poofing out of existence (zero-sum) or going "nice.jpg" (achieving chim)
>achieving chim is a sort of lucid dreaming
>dagoth ur somehow achieved the exact opposite, being alive in the dreamsleeve and dreaming on nirn
>those who achieve chim see the O become the I because they view the world from the outside in
>dagoth ur saw the world from the inside out (seeing ∞ rather than I or O) and decides to try and effectively rewrite reality so that everything is an aspect of him since he dreams of reality while in reality
so my question-slash-musing is this: could the godhead have, at some point in time, been someone who (through shenanigans un/known to us) have gotten into the same weird situation dagoth ur was…and succeeded?
after all, all of tes is the godhead's dream… so where does the godhead wake up? can the godhead even wake up at all?
