Make the mountains actually look BIG, like Far Cry 4's mountains which are actually thousands of feet tall.

I hate how skyrim mountains are like 200 or 300 feet tops. I wouldn't mind the map being several times larger, even if that does mean more empty space

Also I'd tell him that consolefags and casuals are cancer and pandering to them will only damage the franchise further. Any consolefag who purchases a TES game is directly and personally accountable for the franchise going to shit.

Make the civil war actually exist, with patrols, random battles at different times, empty fortresses being repurposed and fought over etc. Also, make the actual questline less linear. Have certain cities get besieged so that you must defend, and have it be possible to lose. I had mods for all of this at one point and it was great, made for two full playthroughs worth of civil war fun.
