I'd say Glarthir was not paticularly interesting, and was actually irritating (as seemingly all bosmer in Oblivion were - seriously are there any Bosmer that are not irritating in that game, or any irritating character that are not Bosmer?)

Fun fact: If you look at the population demographics in the Shivering Isles, the majority are Bosmer, as are both the dukes as well.

i thought that this fucker was serious at first and i honestly spied on someone for an entire day. (i used the console to slow the game down to time passing at 4x speed instead of the default 24)

i got really mad when nothing happened and proceeded to lie to him and telling him that people are after him

Oblivion had a couple decent NPCs I can remember.

The guy in the arena, for one, the battlemaster. He was one of my favorites.

All bosmer in both Oblivion and Morrowind are irritating as fuck.

In skyrim they come off as cowardly but charming.

its the voice actor they had in oblivion, all the bosmer had the same voice, and it was that annoying voice the adoring fan had, so then all the bosmer had the irritating voice, and it's pretty hard to make anyone with such a stupid voice likable
