Texas, how do I support you without being there?

I'm moving to Tennessee soon, so at least that is kinda southern, but I want to do more. I will try and get people I know to move to Texas, and make you guys more awesome. I will shill for Texas secession, but I need to do something culturally too. What are some very Texas things to do? I'll lurk some, but I'm guessing rodeos and line dancing.

Just try to make people see Texas favorably. Also make sure to post on /texas/ and get more people to post on /texas/. As for Texan things to do, Texas is sort of like a mixture of Southern culture and western (with a little bit of Mexico blended in). Cowboy/Western wear is definitely a Texan thing, although its not exclusively Texan and most Texans don't wear it (except maybe cowboy boots). I don't really see much western shops in other States. The most Texan thing you could probably do is be really proud of the State.
