Most of those pictures aren't realistic, but literally none of the things you described are in it! The biggest axe blade is still smaller than the creatures head and thats a polearm!
Realism has context, the context of reality. Not to mention none of the things you listed are unrealistic! They can all be made and used, flails, giant axes and bikini chainmails. It would only be unrealistic if those things were more effective than they are in real life, which isn't what those pictures display, but even if they did that merely means they depict a reality where that IS realistic.

I was wondering if you fine fellows could help my find a picture that tends to circulate these threads.
The picture depicts a young blonde man with short hair and blue eyes facing and looking left with a look of determination. The man is wearing a black armour with golden trim and a bit of fur as decor near the collar (the fur is only if i recall correctly) and holding a sword of similiar color scheme.
