Not really, Specialist games are coming back thanks to the disaster that was AoS.

Remember, they melted down unsold SoB stock to make those models!

There were plastic SoB models? Since when is Age of Sigmar shit made out of pewter? I hope you're not talking about resin because you can't reuse resin.

Is this the /tg/ version of blatantly wrong fudd-lore?

Aren't you looking forward to the return of specialist games and the Deathwatch boxed game?

Honour the memory of those sisters, for they were faithful to the end.

I played Age of Sigmar yesterda and I had fun

Is a skirmish light game who hide some in depth stuff (ripped shamelessy by other games, but whatever) and it's quite fun to play (and fast).

I never played it and I didn't even read the rules so well and I picked up everything in the first 10 minutes, the other 20 minutes I spent rolling dices happily and cursing when didn't get good rolls.

I don't think the game is worth the astronomical price they ask for the models, but if you already have models, why not.

It's a fun game, but I CANNOT afford it.

I love painting and modeling but I just can't get stuff at the asking price.

Plastic is not worth that much.

As in the pewter models of grey knights were made from unsold sisters of battle, so is the capital that would have gone into AoS is going into actually good shit.
