The problem is that all of them have shit that is essentially just a bunch of magic items.
Wolverine? Regen and magic fist weapons with really high Armor Piercing.
Hulk? Regen, Str increase, scaling DR.
Spider-Man? Boots of wall walking, and an unlimited rope of climbing and rope of entangling.
Iron man? Enchanted +3 full-plate, that gives him the spell-like ability to fly, shoot magic missiles, scorching rays, and several other spells.
And so on.
These aren't abilities that translate to a few feats and the right PrC choices.
