Righto kids let me tell you the story of one of the most broken artefacts ever homebrewed up in a pathfinder game. The amulet of the mountain - upon activating the amulet the wearer and all gear with a size requirement are increased one size category. I had this item, I bought the most expensive set of armor I could afford. Because the armor remained in a larger size as long as the amulet remained active I sold it at 2000 g profit. Our GM had to actually send Hell Knights to try and re balance the game after being able to instant profit and buy every Wondrous item ever outfitted on a level 3 Paladin.
