The non-strasserist national-socialists (let's call them hitlerites) believe in class cooperation between the bourgeoisie and the working class for the supposed benefit of the whole nation, socialism is not implemented which means classes are not abolished.
National bolsheviks on the other hand believe in implementing what is traditionally defined as socialism (workers controlling the means of production) while at the same time supporting nationalism.
Hitler's national socialists are socialists only in name and they actually invented the term "privatization". During Hitler's reign many parts of the economy that used to be publicly owned were sold to the private sector. He actually purged the left wing of his party during the night of the long knives since they disagreed with him on who should own the country's means of production.
This is also reflected in the attitude of /pol/acks (most of whom are fans of hitler) who think that socialism and communism are Jewish conspiracies.
