I read it. Pretty silly. It doesn't actually eliminate the bourgeois mode of production. It sounds like it just "empowers" labor unions (doesn't really specify how) while allowing the bourgeois to continue to exploit the proletariat.
The healthcare, and all of that other stuff sounds nice but it's essentially just quasi-fascist social democracy.
National syndicalism would be a better alternative than this. It preserves the rights of the proletariat while eliminating capitalist production.
It also instills the ultimate sense of national pride since the people would literally comprise the state.
