Yes.

Yes. The socialism of Proudhon, not Marx. I think he had some pretty good ideas but I think his idea of a global revolution resulting in the end of the state isn't tenable. Therefore, I don't believe in Marxist internationalism.

Civic mostly, although I don't like the idea of unrestricted mass immigration.

The two don't necessarily have to be mutually exclusive. You can have a median. We're all Americans in this thread so I'll speak to that perspective: A government could have a bureau focused on racial affairs but from a quasi-ethnic standpoint. Say this body of government issues a moritorium of two years on abortions for whites and natives and blacks (disclosure, I'm black-ish) with more than, say 90 IQ. There is a sliding scale of funds given to persons in that categories for birthing of children in order to keep rates up. Borders are closed and a nationalistic character arises that provides the best of both perspectives: The idealism of ethonationalism with the reality of civic nationalism that would ultimately maintain a white majority.
