Reformist social democracy with white nationalism attached?

This "muh white race" stuff is crap. There is no such thing as a "white nation", and honestly it is almost anti-nationalist to put one's skin color above one's actual nation.
There are Americans, Frenchmen, Germans, Britons, and Swedes, but there is no white nation. The same can be said for the nations in Africa.
Hell, African immigrants in America act differently from both European African immigrants and African-Americans. (The former actually tends to be more like Asians economically and educationally, whilst the latter are similarly shit-tier in both.)
In fact, the problem is precisely that the racial division in society, encouraged by both multiculturalists and racialists, is destroying the nation as we know. I mean, look at America. The cities are divided into racially designated neighborhoods and suburbs. The countryside, which is mostly white, is so alien to both that it's a completely different country for all intents and purposes. (At least, rural and urban folk of other countries can at least share a common national/regional culture.)
Also, the nation should not be understood as one's skin color or race, but rather as a cultural and civic entity that is the citizenry's sovereignty made manifest. The nation is the citizenry made sovereign, composed of the different regions, cities, and industries that make it up. Can there be a Germany without Bavaria, Hannover, and the Rhineland? Can there be a Bavaria without Munich, Nuremburg, and Augsburg? Can there be a Nuremburg without it's neighborhoods? Can there be a Nuremburg without the industries that drive the city's economic engine? This is why the nation must be a confederation of regions and industries. This is why the nation must be directly ruled by it's rightful sovereign, the citizenry. Yes, there can only be a citizenry if the citizenry are the DIRECT, SOVEREIGN rulers of the state, if they ARE the state. If they, the working class, ARE the ruling class, owning the means of production. If they ARE the military. Every liberty and duty that a ruler has is bestowed upon the citizenry as a whole. In this sense, the nation is the res publica, the commonwealth, the democracy made manifest. A citizenry united in confederation, under a cultural federation. Bretons, Parisians, and Lorrainians united as Frenchmen. Note the lack of room for whites and blacks, which are merely the most primitive of tribal labels. Nationalism can not and will not be compatible with racial tribalism.
As for reformist social democracy, I think it should obvious why that hasn't worked.
