Yes, no, probably.
Nations with western culture are dying due to low birth rate from women avoiding children to have careers. The only thing propping up the population in those nations is immigration from non-western cultures. If this trend continues, the culture of those nations will have been replaced. Western culture is suicidal.
ISIS doesn't have this issue with birth rate due to way their culture treats women and as a result they continue to grow despite all the bombings. Perhaps western culture's overthrow of the traditional family was a mistake.
